You've probably run into the problem of making a bent round bar in solidworks. Chances are you found some work around that caused you to make configurations, or suppress certain features. Hopefully this solution helps.
Man, this is definitely not for beginners, which I need to build for work. Will keep looking for something a little slower and explains each move. But is definitely how to make one.
