Appreciate goose for never using open mouth thumbnails or dumbing down the humor. The man suffers for it, he would’ve had 2M subs already if he did that. Take solace that only the sophisticated sub, this is our sanctuary.
My 2021 Bentley Bentayga is luxurious enough for comfy cruising along the Amalfi coast, and spacious enough for my wife and her boyfriend to have some fun in the back while doing so
If Bud Bundy's rapper alter ego Grandmaster B from Married With Children grew up, he would look like blinged out Mark. Zero F's given. This is one of the things I love about this channel.
Lol, the fact that you two could carry on with a serious conversation… while you were wearing that… almost made me piss myself. I was dying. You guys kill me. Well done as usual boys.
Mini does something similar with their configurator, but on a much smaller, and cheaper scale. Offering an endless array of interior color and material choices must be a British thing, because a lot of American and Japanese car manufacturers just ask, "Would you like an all black interior, or an all black interior?"
I love Bentley, they make my Honda look good. Can't tell ya how many times I've had a friend call that his Bentley left him sitting on the side of the road and I have to go get him in my Honda. lol. It's moments like those that make life worth living.
My mom always told me that I'm handsome. I never believed her. Last week I gave a school presentation on the history of the GTR after watching 1 savagegeese video, and all the girls now think I'm attractive. I got an A on the presentation and a warning from the school NOT to date professors.
You guys go so much in to detail and you're one of the reasons im getting interested in cars, (which i do hate you for) because when i didnt care i didnt buy premium cars. I still appreciate the videos 😆
I watch your reviews of expensive cars like this for the hijinks, but it is interesting to see some of the other aspects of it and the brand too. Great job as always.
i got the chance to sit in one of these with the naim audio system and it was by far the best audio system i have heard in any vehicle period (is also the most expensive vehicle i’ve been in). but i’ve got to say, the volvo XC90 with the optional bowers and wilkins sound system is a close second (for much less money).
Ok, you had the chance to test the Bentley and you did. You'll get more attention when you nab the Corolla GR, since we'll never get the Yaris GR that the Euros are raving about.
Excellent review as always, you two. I am grateful. One slight point of criticism, if you're interested: you are not convinced by the standard audio system, and consequently, purely on the basis of the higher price and brand, recommend the Naim system. It doesn't work that way. More expensive might be better in most cases, but certainly not in all of them. I'd just slightly change the recommendation to "we're not totally convinced by the standard system; you might want to *try* the more expensive Naim option".
Good point. Really it was more about the vehicle having a properly designed cabin space for audio with lackluster driver choice and placement and tuning for the pricepoint.
Oooh final thoughts with Jack! Honestly your test car seems boring AF to me, but I can understand ordering one when you get to customize everything. Still crazy money.
Funny that this is the "base" Bentayga. If you can get the Bentley you should go all in. Cheers guys, nice on putting the details and shots from the factory in.
According Bentley lease. Leasing a 2020 Bentley Bentayga Hybrid will cost $4,095 a month with the same $1,000 down.3 years and 36k miles later it's lost 60% off of its MSRP. At the end of 36 months his car would have cost 147k out of the 230k. If you have a company or business, tax deduct a any lease.
Are you into high end audio outside of an automotive setting at all? It's interesting to see frequency measurements on these vehicles and it shows an a nice attention to detail that other channels don't have but I'd never buy speakers based on measurements. You could rule out speakers if they have really weird or bad measurements, like if there's no bass under 100hz, etc. But once you get above the entry level, speaker measurements aren't really going to tell you much about how the speakers will actually sound.
First time visiting your channel, same as first time your hand-on with Bentayga. SUBSCRIBED. ❤️ The review. I would like to see a Cullinan review and possibly a comparison between Bentayga and Cullinan. ... Well if that's possible.
Hahaha, I love the way you show the amazing work behind the leather seats and the dedication to quality. I don’t believe that the « music artists » you showed at the beginning have the tinniest clue about this nor appreciation. As the French say c’est comme donner de la confiture aux cochons. Sorry for being un-PC but I do love your channel also for that kind of approach.
Did the audio test use BT just because that is what one presumes the customer will use? Or lowest common denominator? It just seems like it might sandbag all the tests and not let a great system outshine a merely good one.
Read some time ago, I think in Expedition Portal but not sure, that this thing has an auto disconnect feature in its half shafts to keep them from breaking when they hit the ground after a wheel is lifted offroad under throttle. Kind of a fuse for real offroading conditions. This may be one of the most, if not the most, interesting features of this car, but haven't been able to find any details of how it works, how it's constructed. Watched the video hoping to find some useful information about it, but it wasn't even mentioned.
