Hello .i have problem .i need help pleas During the data upload operation from the rack to the PC, we noticed that only the TDI card displays data, while the other locations (slots) remain inexplicably empty. This observation raises concerns about the integrity and recovery of data stored in other rack locations. Attempting to download the program to the rack encountered a major obstacle due to the mismatch between the virtual slots (blue) and physical slots (green) relative to the TDI board. The TDI card is designed to interface with physical rack slots, but due to this incompatibility, the download process remained unsuccessful

No. There are different probes and also proximitters are used to measure axial vibration as compared with position monitor probes/ proximitters. Position monitor is used to measure the differential expansion, casing expansion etc. Usually 8mm probe is used for axial vibrations, axial displacement and 11mm probe for differential expansion. LVDTs are used for casing expansion measurements.

There is no that types of sensors.. if you dont mind please more details. Atleast give the manufacturer name and model number of that sensor..
@@suhailsulaiman6133 the case exp and diff exp. are for steam turbine, why? because that kind of machine, the rotor and the case, expand for the temperature of the steam flow trouhgt the entire machine. steam turbine suffer expansion during the start up and the loading process.. you can find many kind of sensor most popular, bently nevada..

It will increase the signal setpoints by the multiplying it with th TM value & its mostly required during startp. However, the change shoudnot exceed the bearing clearance.
