I love this concept. What I am looking for is a tool I saw on TV. Cannot find it anywhere. It is a veggie cutter in the shape of a flying goose or duck. The person used it on a daikon. Do you know anyone that might know where to get one?

In Love!!! I love how most ingredients are used multiple times. A big issue for me is buying ingredients for one meal and never using them again and then they go spoiled. The greek yogurt for example. THANK YOU!!!

So silly questions but I'm assuming everything made could be done like the night before ready for the next day? Also would some of these need reheating before eating or can they be eaten cold. Seeing dishes with rice and meat always intimidate me for packed lunches so any extra tips and information you could share would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Someone help me here, as I'm so excited to try my meal prep and bento now after watching this video I have some serious beginner questions 1. How do I keep my bento, in the freezer or fridge if it's a prep meal 2. If I bring my bento to work, from freezer or from fridge, how am I going to eat them? just reheat and eat ? is it the same for frozen and fridge food, I am worried about the temperature as lunch time is quite far away from when it's out of the fridge or freezer. 3. Let's say I made it in the morning according to the video, do I just bring it to work and then eat it at lunch or do I reheat it? there are some fruits and snack in there which makes me confused but I dont want to leave them behind. 4. Do i freeze my whole bento as prepared in the video or I keep some fruits and vegetable seperated and prepared it at closer time to when i will consume it? like the same morning I;m gonna eat them Please send help, anything will do, much appreciated and thanks for the patience attending to such a beginner

Lots of these are awesome :) just some are not my taste since dressing a salad 5 hours before I eat it means soggy lettuce, for instance (and dressing on the side means the rice has less favor)

Just a small hint: do not use cooking sprays. In most of them are other ingredients besides oil which you don't want to eat. Better put vegetable oil in a spraybottle and use this. Xoxo

Just as a heads up, studies have come back and said coconut oil is no healthier than animal fats. Both increase the bad kind of cholesterol in your system. You might want to update the text in this video.
