Great work. I am learning how to do bentwood rings and you are the first person I have come across on RU-vid that use the mini lathe and actually show how to use it. I appreciate what you are teaching here. Everyone keeps telling me to get this and get that well that’s great if you can afford it lol

The mini lathe is great, you really dont need anything bigger to do rings on. Thanks for watching and im pleased you found the video helpful 👍🍻

Hey! I've started learning to make the bentwood rings as well! Thabks a lot for whole knowledge you pass!;) The only problem i've encountered is the white spots from sanding down with sandpaper and white spots on ca glue (i really do not know how to solve this out). If you could advise, thanks! Ps: i'm also a skater!

Hi, if there is little white dots then that would be air bubbles in the CA. They can be tricky to get out as you either have to sand them out or you can cut them out with a sharp blade then re apply a few more coats of CA 👍

I have had my mini lathe for 2 years and because of the speed it ran at was scared to use it. Your tips have been invaluable, I've ordered a 3-12v variable adaptor plug to slow it down. Can you please tell me what size diamond hole cutter you use?

The ones I mostly use are 15mm and 18mm 👍
