Hi man, I was on 20mg/daily Valium for 6 years. I started tapering in January and been off for 7 weeks. I've been inside almost the whole time. I have had all symptoms that you can imagine apart from akasthisia. I have BINDS. I've been hospitalized almost 10 times. I've cried, I've yelled from pain and being scared, I've thought the world will end, I've thought that I die. But despite all of this we will heal💗 You'll be fine, you can walk and you're looking rather healthy. Drop me a msg if you need support or advices.🙏
@heavydirtysoul1111 that's incredible man. 6 years is an insane time to be on benzos. Im so happy you managed to make through and this is inspiring. We will certainly heal!!!
Hi, thanks for your videos. Please may I ask if you ever saw halos around street lights and Starbursts around car headlights during Benzo withdrawl, if so did they ever go away. Many thanks
@riverstar6414 yes I have, and they did go away. I've had a lot of other visual phenomena too that dissipated with time, I find the less attention you pay to it, the more it sinks into the background
@@isnortair Thank you so so much for getting back to me. You don't know how upset I am with all this Benzo crap. I read that a guy had it permennatly, that he saw halos all the time and Starbursts.
@@isnortair still on them unfortunately, relatively low dose. Just panicking as the vision stuff is really scary. Speaking to people who have experienced this helps, honestly really appreciate it. Your videos were raw and honest and needed.
@riverstar6414 thanks I really appreciate that. I just finished a week and a half off completely again but today I'm going back to my taper as it was rendering me debilitated and I have school to do. Take it slow and easy on yourself, in time you will heal!
