thanks for the video. Very insightful. How much does a BER assessment cost pre purchase for a small 3 bedroom semi detached? I am interested in a BER C1 Property and think it has the potential to be B3 or perhaps B2 after closing the fireplace and installing a new boiler. Is it typical to have a BER assessor come around with you before purchase? Thanks
