he did actually change it from ANN to AVGN in like 08-09 because he started reviewing different games, plus the videos became monetized and he didn't want (I assume nintendo wouldn't either) people to assume he was affiliated with them in some way, also "Nintendo" is copyrighted

i guess im one of the few fortunate ones to stay in my universe, cause i always remembered it as berenstain. i even joked about it to myself when i was a kid, like "why stain? their clothes aren't stained, that makes no sense!"

When showing off the books in the beginning, you can never see the a in Berenstain because it’s just outside the shot. Whenever I recognize little details like that in something, it makes me appreciate it even more.

As far as I know, you can be only a troll trying to create confusion. it's different when you come to a video to show your appreciation for something, among a majority of people that think the same way, and when you come to the same place just to say that you didn't like it, without further explanation. This is the most ambitious and fun avgn episode in my opinion. It's not only an entertaining episode, a great Halloween special, and an interesting premise, but a celebration of AVGN history. I love it.

Ive always remembered it correctly as Barenstain, I think people misremember because when going out on a limb, logically the odds of it being STEIN are way higher as that is an incredibly common ending to a surname, especially compared to STAIN.

always though it was berenstein bears then my mind got blown when i suddenly realized it was all berenstain. I even looked back to the start and he cleverly hid all the titles from the books so you couldn't see whether it was berenstein or berenstain. I even though the title of the video was berenstein until he made the realization, and I made the realization it was stain all along.
