I recall very well a guy tried to rob the laundry down the street years ago. The lady had one of these mouse guns and shot him in the leg, hitting his femoral artery. He bled out in less than two minutes according to witnesses, shot placement trumps caliber.
Awesome little backup pistol. I carry one every day and love it. I shoot the same ammo no problem. Beretta sells new magazines for it right on their web site. Mine will reliably ping a 4 inch plate at 25 yards. I love this gun and I love your videos.
I’ve got one I bought from a coworker and carried it as a backup while on duty as a Deputy Sheriff. Got it for $125 and have never regretted the purchase.
I still have mine that i purchased in the mid 90s, i don’t carry but I’ve shot a few hundred rounds through. I can’t recall single malfunction but i only shot factory ball ammo and everything was new. Haven’t shot it in 25 years, i guess i just like looking at it
Love these little pocket rockets I just bought the jet fire a few mins ago ,I have the baby bauer, several astras, bunch of the pot metal examples fun to collect .
Usually when these guns have feed issues, it's always the magazine. I wouldn't carry on half cock because if you drop the gun with it on half cock the gun will be damaged. It can be carried with the hammer all the way down because they use inertial firing pins. Great video, love those little things.
Kind of a fun fact: the first gun used by 007 was a .25 Beretta pocket pistol. While not this one, it’s still interesting that the .25ACP is James Bind approved
@@VMEMotor5 correct. Though the novels ever actually say which beretta Bond carried. It is just called the .25 Beretta. The 418 was the only .25 Beretta in manufacture at the time to the best of my knoy

Those are neato. I meant to ask have you ever checked out any of the Magguts products? Been using three of their +1 spring and follower kits for my 9mm shield and they have been perfect so far. So I now get 8 + 1 for the flush mag and 9 + 1 for the extended ones, pretty decent firepower for personal defence and carry.
I love the little cheap mouse guns. Ive got an old 25acp not even sure of the brand a Taurus pt380 which stays in my girlfriends purse as a back up also go the keltec p32 chambered in 32acp and phoenix arms 22lr. The 22 and 25 are not very reliable at all but the Taurus 380 and the keltec 32 go bang every time after polishing the feed ramps.
Picked up the raven mp 25 such a fun little gun but i have feeding issues also but for 70 bucks for a 30 year old pistol in almost mint condition i cant complain
The caliber debate, right, you some people use a 30 30 for a 100 to 300 yard deer gun, and some people use a 300 win mag for the same shot. A skilled shooter carrying 25 ACP with one or, 2 perfectly placed shot is note worthy.
Get a brass cleaning brush and a drill with some metal polish and polish the chamber. The feed ramp should be shiny. Same with the inside of the barrel.
It would be cool to see a double stack 25 that's polymer you could get a ton of rounds on tap and still have the weapon be about the size of a single stack 9.
I have both the Berreta and Kel-Tec. I don't like having that Berreta cocked with the safety on in my pocket. I much prefer the double action pull of the Kel-Tec.
I had a .25... I sold it because it wouldn't go through an old tv dish 22 will pass through all day long. I actuly got hit by a ricochet from the .25 in the shin, and it didn't even bruise.
Check that safety one more time. I carry my 950bs on half cocked with the safety on. I don’t know why your safety won’t apply when yours is on half cocked....
Why do you always give praise to products that don't even function properly? It's kinda obvious the gun has feeding issues, and all you did was praise the gun?? Come on man....
WARNING ! DO NOT carry Jetfire on half cock!! ..(round in chamber). If you drop it on it's hammer it can shear off the half cock safety notch & the gun will go bang! ONLY carry Hammer fully cocked safety engaged ( cocked and locked) or Carry round in chamber hammer down.(lower Hammer into down position with pop-up barrel popped up for safety) .. this is safe because the gun has a inertial firing pin.. when the hammer is down it is in a channel up against metal and cannot move forward.. the firing pin does not touch the primer. As it is a inertial firing pin.. you can then thumb cock 1st shot
