And the timing is perfect regarding this particular fragrance with the summer beckoning. Your mentioning the vanilla dry really piques my interest, sounds a bit like many Profumum Roma frags that have vanilla at the base, a note I really dig. Another great review, mahalos!

Wonderful review. I am kind of old-school and like the older houses. This one sounds great. I recently received a couple of samples of Honey Oud & Leather Oud and and really liked them. Sounds like a great scent! Thank you.

Nice job on floris house 👍 , I visited their flagship ship store in London.. A big history. You could create your own perfume their with their in house perfumers at 500 £ but you should book earlier and i was flying the day after.
Apologies for reviving a 6-year-old comment. But, if you're still curious, I personally think this one and Floris Santal cover all of your bases. I'm drawn to both and I've seen a lot of people who like one tend to also like the other.
