JUNEAU, Alaska - The weather on scene is reportedly 50 mph winds with 10 foot seas at 2:50 in Makushin Bay. Coast Guard video shows three of the five-man crew from the 58-foot fishing vessel TerriGail being transferred from a Kodiak-based HH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew to the Coast Guard Cutter Morgenthau.
