Berkeley Hot Compost Method 

This is episode 6 of Tropical Permaculture at Gaia Ashram in Thailand.
Here we show how to make 18 days Berkeley compost. This method layers high carbon and nitrogen material to make a cake of around 1m3. Then with frequent turning it turns into beautiful compost.
