The fact that Alan thinks it wasn’t appropriate for him to comment on the economic crises because he’s a senior member of the party shows that he chose party over country and certainly cannot put country first. We cannot trust him. Period!

Yesterday I was vehemently justifying why Alan’s exist is good for Ghana, on the grounds that finally we Ghanaians have a third option, if I had watched this interview earlier I would have held my peace 🤦🏽♂️. Alan is not a good communicator. Just say if you working under someone is difficult to implement your ideas to help the youth simple because your boss have a different approach to addressing the issues so you can't overide his.

He just needed a concrete reason for his resignation from the party...he knows he is done and he resignation is just to punish the NPP at their ambition to break the eight.
Another option for Alan was to resign from the government position if he felt he didn't want to comment publicly. This act by itself would have spoken volumes. You cannot enjoy all the benefits related with your position in government and resign when it is convenient to do so and expect the people to understand this.
The boldness to speak against the bad deeds of his own people when it matters is the very reason why some of us will always love KENNEDY in Ghana politics ❤
Why is he even trying to defend NPP when he’s out! He should stop talking for then and also throw them under the bus. He can say - I have had issues myself and brought them up. Some were not taken into consideration and I was struggling to get my ideas be implemented and that’s why I think getting out of the sight of those who blocks my ideas and has hijacked the party won’t get in my way. All Ghanaians are tired of NPP so get at them and hit them hard where they have failed.
Alan’s problem here is the same problem that Ghanaians have been facing since. Loyalty to the party rather than the people. People know this government hasn’t performed but will not voice out due to them being a follower/supporter of the party.
First this man is too old to be president, secondly he lacks vision. Thirdly he lacks leadership skills and charismatic personality. Fourthly, all he talks about his party this and party that. His loyalty is to the political party that why he left. If the party call him back, he will come back hastily. He is easily controllable, meaning in a global context he is toast, has no negotiating skills. How can he not even answer this question in a political manner seeing that he’s a politician, he cant even sweet talk his scheme. I can go on and on.

The IMF program was ending anyways. They did nothing to exit the program. The IMF program kept the economy on track, then as soon as the program ended that was when all the incompetent became visible. To an extend it seems like they did well b4 covid but is not so.
