As a trumpeter who has only fiddled with the horn about 5 or 6 times, how does one get into that extreme low register with such power?

Generally a lot of embouchure training, for good airflow, opening up of the hand position also helps with a more direct sound down in the low range. But Sarah is insane in her low range!
