The Brandenburger Tor was opened after the wall fell in 1989, not in 2002. I walked through it in 1995.

I so, so, so, so love Berlin! I specifically visited Germany (and Berlin of course) to see the remains of the Third Reich (its architectural remnants and few buildings which still stands today). I particularly looked out for the areas which housed the Nazi ministry buildings, the lanes and how they look today after their demolition. The Hotel Adlon also has another history. It was constructed during Wilhelm 2's reign and was a luxury hotel. It mostly survived the World War 2 with no major damage. This is also where the Red Army hoisted the victory flag. However, few days later some drunk Red Army soldiers burnt down major portions of the hotel. The damage was extensive. What you see you today has almost no resemblance to the original one. Nevertheless, the outside façade has been largely retained. Loved this video! Also, I am a big fan of the ICE 3 model and will always be my favourite in the DB classes. The ICE 4 simply looks bad! In the name of modernity, they have simply ruined the design.

@@VideshiIndian Thank you 🙂. The glass dome that you saw above the Reichstag, wasn't there originally. It had a baroque arch design. But severely destroyed during the Battle of Berlin. When the Reichstag was reconstructed, they decided not to retain the original roof and replaced it with the dome for the public to view Berlin from there.

You could have also mentioned that the wide street Unter den Linden was the one on which all the armies, including Prince Bismarck, Hitler’s and later the GDR armies used to show off their might.

Haha, I booked ICE with seats confirmed for extra bucks and the train had many empty seats and it bothered me for days especially after looking at the food price and what I could have done with those extra bucks for seats.

Hello dear, I have 2 rejections from Canada, 1st on was in 2016 and another one was in 2021 (last year). Now I'm applying in a private university in Germany. I have 6.5 overall, not less than 6 score. 7.8 cgpa in btech. Do you think I'll get visa of Germany this time? My agent told me that there's no need to mention anything about Canada refusal in sop.
