When I 'do the math', create the equations in my head, on the odds of a person in the masses of humanity having a great voice, divided by the far reaches of possibility that, that same person has physical-musical prowess, coupled with equal access to both left & right brain hemispheres & a clean pineal-gland, with writing talents...... A mind becomes liquid and eventually, builds up pressure and seeks escape through the ears in the form of what looks like steam. Damn son!
I am somewhat saddened by the fact that I can't think of a way to express just how much I appreciate this music. This is probably the biggest revelation I've had since my discovery of Andy Mckee encouraged me to start playing the guitar. It's as if a 'Like' just doesn't quite cut it. This is amazing.
How do you not have a cult following? This talent is by any means the best in the world. In comparison to lets say anyone on the billboard top 100. No names even need to be mentioned. Unreal.
He does, in Norway...... One of our biggest artists over here. He's not touring too far out of his own timezone for now, as he has a small kid and wants to spend time with it and his wife. He will get to you though. Just wait and see ^^
Can everyone hear ME SCREAMING "OMG THIS CHILD IS THE FORREAL CRAZY SUPER DA BOMB!!!!!!!!!!!" That doesnt even make sense becuz this skill doesnt make sense!!!!! LAWD HAVE MERCY!! Im screamong in my highest hardest voice! I like it I love it I want more of IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@satinhooks I had always assumed that sampling meant taking a sample of someone elses music. I didn't realize that your own music is also considered as sampling.
Je l'ai vu en concert et c'était plein de sincérité/authenticité ! Si vous êtes intéressés à découvrir un autre artiste qui se lance dans les loops allez voir : Félix Gomez. Il y présente un logiciel de loops à travers une de se composition. / I've seen him in concert he was full of authenticity ! If you're interested in discovering another artist using loops, go check : Félix Gomez.
@Glenn71 As for SPAN, I checked out some vids. I definitely like some of it, and yes, he's talented, but, okay, so what? Here, like I had written, he's severely limited. He makes wonderful use of it, to be sure, but I liked the freer compositions he made with his band. This particular stuff bores me. But thanks for the recommendation. Again, I liked it.
