+John Berry "Hilary is dominating Bernie in white & urban demographics, Bernie is leading in younger voters that's about it" If you want to break it down to demographics, Bernie appeals to the technically savvy (Internet and social media users of ALL ages) and young voters who are adept at all the various alternate social media platforms. Hillary gets the attention of the older folks who typically get all their political information from the corporate media - TV, radio, and newspapers (that typically ignore/marginalize Bernie and fawn all over Hillary). Senator Sanders' surprising success that has so many in the establishment flabbergasted over comes from the fact that Bernie's campaign and the young and computer savvy can now go AROUND the corporate media to get the word out. The corporate media can no longer control the narrative and manipulate the voters and the elections the way they have in the past.
After watching this video I have to say I am very impressed with Ebro & Company and their interviewing skills. I've seen a gazillion Bernie interviews and (because he won't play the corporate media distraction game) they all tend to promote substance in short sound bytes, but this interview went above and beyond with better and different questions (NO softballs, either), and conversations that were relevant to the listeners. Well done, folks. If I were local, I'd have you tuned in on my car radio. P.S. I sure hope Senator Sanders gets a chance to rest his voice. The man is working and talking non-stop these days.

that was a problem for the black folk who didn't know about Bernie Sanders but now they are now starting to know who he is and what he has done. As soon as people hear Bernie speak and know his stances they side with him, the only problem was that people didn't even know who he is but that is changing dramatically.
joe4324 Hillary employed the new form of the southern strategy. She and the DNC took advantage of low-info voters who were not as familiar with Sanders as many of the other states. This gave her a significant advantage by allowing her more delegates. Couple this with the fact that the media has been working actively AGAINST Sanders, either by not covering him AT ALL or by doing hit piece after hit piece, giving off the impression that he's a sexist or that his ideas are pie-in-the-sky ideals which are unrealistic & impractical. The irony of this, of course, is that Bernie is MORE progressive than Hillary whom is the ACTUAL sexist (any genuine criticism of her record & tactics are deemed sexist by her and her followers). In addition, Bernie is the ONLY candidate that has spelled out his plan with significant detail; even his economic plan has been cosigned by more than 100 economists. (As a sidenote, I lost a LOT of respect for Paul Krugman, one of the leading progressive economists for the NYT, for criticizing Bernie's economic plan without testing his plan through any kind of economic models). ALL the other candidates either use flowery language to disguise their lack of a plan, or their plans have been deemed to significantly HURT the economy through tax cuts for the rich or trade deals favoring corporations/banks to the detriment of the rest of us.
+Bob Black women make up majority of the black votes. In presidential years where Obama wasn't the primary candidate, black women vote significantly greater than black men. The fact of the matter is black women tend to vote more for Hillary, because there is the Bill connection but also I think because they can relate to Hillary(women connection). Another factor is that black people are statistically poorer than many other races, and poor people tend to vote less than people who have money.

Because if we are having unemployment issues and people with bachelors degrees can't get jobs, then it makes no sense to increase the amount of people with bachelors degrees. Also, illegal immigration contributes to unemployment, as those illegals will take jobs away from U.S. Citizens. People see building a wall as some ridiculous tactic but we already have a fence in some places, a wall will just do the job better
