When we backed the Iraqi government to take down ISIS in Mosul and Fallujah, the civilian to combatant death ratio was 5 to 1. In Gaza it is 2 to 1. Israel is fighting a terror group which intentionally hides behind civilians and still managed to avoid civilian casualties.
