The thing people forget is that Guitar is a tool. The other thing is. He's not playing the guitar. He's playing the sounds that he created. To prove the point. You can't play this on an acoustic without these effects. Therefore he's doing what every electric player does and he's playing and manipulating the sound by showing what's capable by allowing your inner voice to speak.
