AMatInDime he wasn’t a great president. He promised troops out of Afghanistan on his first term. When he left office in 2017, there were still troops in Afghanistan. So you tell me, was he a good president or not.
If you look closely in the last shot, you will notice that the suitcase he dropped is now missing. This was done intentionally my the director, to give the viewer a subconscious feeling of unease and discomfort.
Look at how much he jumps around... the suitcase was too close to him, so they had to move it out of the way behind the other guy's bag so he could keep doing his dance
His mother died and he finally lost it, and became a monster hellbent on teaching the berries and cream dance to thousands of unsuspecting victims, which will eventually turn into a doomsday cult and half the population will die of the dancing plague of berries & cream.

My favorite thing is watching this reappear in huge moments over time each time a new generation discovers it and then it’s just a giant berries and cream holiday lol

At first, I thought his briefcase disappeared, then I realised it was just the physical representation of the Little Lad's burden to wander the earth in search of berries and cream.

When I was younger, I loved commercials like these because they made me feel like a teenager. I don't know why, but this struck me as humor for older, cooler kids. I'm pretty sure this is why I liked the Electric Company on PBS Kids so much.
There's a version where his mind is blown after hearing berries and cream. He like shutters and reaches for his head. That's the funniest one. His little moan he does 🤣
Yes, the dropping of the case ... the almost-jazz-hands finish ... and best of all, the kick at the very end ... I can't stop watching this and I giggle my ass off harder each time!
Whenever I hear Supermega mention this ad I get horrifying flashbacks to the very back of my subconscious where this entire commercial was buried and peacefully forgotten
It's when you realise the context that the mastery of this comes to light. Clearly, this gentleman here left medieval England with nothing but his briefcase in search of Berries and Cream. Leaving his life behind, he probably travelled for years, traversing great heights and great plains, before this interaction.
