@@RBStudios123. No, he will be absolute DS, but nowadays litterally everyone (the professionals too) is bad at the game and just feeds supers like breakfast. So that may make Clancy good. But if people just don't be dumb*sses Clancy can be countered by even Edgar or sm.

There is a bug with surge Its Serve Ice Cold In which Surge keeps his STAGE 1 Super upgrade for the full match duration. But its not working at all after new update
