Berta is like a caring mother to Charlie & Alan only better. If I had a housekeeper like Berta this scenario would've never happened. Always let your housekeeper do what she's gotta do never throw out demanding commands. If she has worked real damn hard I'd let her relax on my bed and give her a special treatment.
