My Bertazzoni gas range (model X366GGVX) developed a problem where the oven would suddenly stop heating after several minutes. All the other burners and the broiler worked fine. After some research, I determined that it was probably the thermocouple that had gone bad. A new thermocouple part is only about $30 and is available to order online. In this video I'll show you how I replaced it.

The thermocouple part number for my range is 508026 - but yours might be different so be sure to check first.

***WARNING: Make sure to turn off the gas and electric supply to the oven before beginning this repair!***
To replace the thermocouple you'll need the following:
A new thermocouple part (easily found online, most in the $30 range)
A phillips head screwdriver
A standard screwdriver
A 5/16" wrench
A few zip ties
And allow at least 90 minutes
The only somewhat tricky part of the repair is gaining access to the thermocouple connection under the dual-burner. If you don't want to remove the dual-burner assembly, you'll find loosening the nut a little awkward - but it can be done with some careful determination.
