Kita dipanggil untuk menghormati dan menyenangkan hati Tuhan dalam hidup kita. Ketertarikan kita pada dunia dapat mengarahkan kita kepada penyembahan yang salah, yang membuat kita kehilangan hubungan yang benar dengan Tuhan. Yesus mengingatkan kita untuk hanya menyembah Tuhan dan hidup kita harus berfokus pada-Nya. Kita harus mengosongkan hati kita dari segala sesuatu yang tidak kudus dan mengisinya dengan Tuhan. Dalam segala aspek kehidupan baik itu menikah, berpacaran, atau mendidik anak tujuannya harus untuk Tuhan. Mari kita berusaha untuk mengisi bejana hati kita dengan Tuhan, agar kehidupan kita mencerminkan kasih dan kehormatan kepada-Nya, serta menjadi saksi yang baik bagi orang lain agar dapat bersama-sama memasuki kerajaan-Nya.
