I respectfully disagree and believe that not voting Democrat would be a major mistake. Based on What the Supreme Justice Court has just done to our judicial system, and the removal of many Guardrails that protect all American people. We are heading down a very dark road, a road that you cannot imagine. If you are an immigrant, African American, Hispanic, LGBTQ, a woman, etc. the road will be much more difficult to travel. Do you really believe that a president should have the right to eliminate/execute his political rivals and have no accountability for that action? You may feel safe because the things you care about, and believe in, have not been disrupted or taken away from you. Sooner or later something you care about will be taken from you, and that will be the day you see and recognize the enormity of the situation and how your decision to support Trump has cost you many of the freedoms that you once enjoyed. Have you noticed that countries that a run by a dictator are not doing well economically. We are losing many important rights, rights that the American people and soldiers have fought for and died for. It's very clear to me that we are going backward. We are losing protection laws that make sure that we have clean water, clean air, and safe food to eat. We are losing safety measures that help protect people, the environment, and our cities and towns from potential disasters, ask the people from the great state of Ohio what I'm talking about. The two train derailments and the long-term damage that was done to their community as a result of the Trump administration removing safety measures put in place to protect the American people from corporations that are willing to cut corners on safety regulations and procedures. I know President Biden had a terrible debate night, he is old, and he may sometimes have a lapse in his memory, no more than what Trump has. I believe that his son Hunter who is soon to be sentenced and imprisoned is on his mind too. President Biden is a good man with integrity and wisdom and good moral character. President Biden cares about the American people and works hard for the American people, ask The United Auto workers. President Biden chose the American People because it was the right thing to do. I would hope that we all can really see the difference in character between Trump and Biden. It's very clear to me the difference between the two. It is said that the United States has many Christian followers, and if that is the case many people believe in Judgment Day, the day that we are all judged over what we have done in our lifetime, how we treated one another, how we, loved, did we forgive one another, did we care about others or only ourselves, do we have good character, and integrity. Again I ask you to look at our two candidates, Trump and Biden, and ask yourself who would Jesus or your higher power choose to protect the people of the United States and others throughout the world, Ukraine, and NATO for example. I could be very wrong and have this all mixed up, but I don't think so. I love this country and appreciate all it has given me and I have no problem giving back to America and its people. I love all the people of this country, during the good times and bad times. We have approached political judgment time and it is time for all of us to decide on who we should choose for the presidency and the direction of our country. should we have free and fair elections, should no person be above the law, should the American president have the power of a king, should Doctors be able to make decisions on women's health, or should those decisions be left in the hands of government officials. Do we want Democracy or do we want Dictatorship? There is no going back once you have made your decision on the direction of the country. What I do know is that the United States of America is being changed by a handful of people who do not represent the majority of Americans, but are making the United States in their image. It's not a good image. Please, believe me, Mr. Trump doesn't tell the truth a lot of the time. When I lived in New York I watched him declare bankruptcy on one of his buildings which caused many hard-working Americans who own businesses in the building and trades industry to lose their business due to Trump's bankruptcy. The owners of these Trade companies were not paid for the work they did on the building, so they went out of business. I ask that we fact-check the things coming out of both candidate's mouths. I believe that if we choose Trump this country will change in a way that hurts all of us as well as the rest of the world. I pray that we all make the right choice for ourselves and our loved ones. @@vsznry I don't like Fascism of any kind, anywhere on this earth, I consider myself a WWII historian. What Hitler and his men did to the Jews was insane and extremely wrong and I fear that Americans may be facing a similar path. I am a strong African American male born in the 60's and I have seen a lot. I stay strong because I have faith in the holy spirit, but it does not mean that I am not afraid at times. We are in turbulent times, scary times, and as a black man I see the changes confronting the American people and I have concerns. I do not support White Christian Nationalists, nor do I believe that religion should have a major stronghold on or within our government. What makes us American is having the freedom to choose our religious beliefs and to respect others who practice and have other religious beliefs. I ask that we all open our eyes, open our eyes wide, and look hard at the changes in our policies and laws that are taking place. There is a right answer and a wrong answer. Be true to yourself, to your children, and friends. American people if we get this wrong, we will have depressing regret and will pay dearly for it. Because the United States is the most powerful country in the world, our decision will have an effect on the rest of the world. Let us not be selfish and think only about ourselves. Let us protect one another and make good unselfish decisions from this point on.
