Excellent recipe Kabita! I've made this in the past but it didn't have fennel seeds. I will try with fennel. Have you made it using any other vegetable? BTW my tomato rice didn't stick to the bottom of my pressure cooker. My mistake was using highest heat. This time I used med-high heat.. no sticking!

Completely new recipe for me. It tastes delicious. Thank you @kabita_di for such a lovely recipe. Everyone loved it. But I have done a little change in the recipe, didn't like the smell of cumin. So, after heating the oil, I put some raai instead of cumin seeds. I also added a little bit of Fenugreek seeds.The entire aroma of the spices smells divine also tastes awesome.

Thanks Kabitaji. Tried ur receipe today. It was grt. Just 1 suggestion, when u add JEERA and SAUF, after that if u add some crushed garlic then the taste and aroma enhances drastically. Actually I have made this recipe several times but ur recommendation for SAUF and AMCHUR powder is what I added today and the taste was a little different then how I make normally... Well cheers dear for all ur recipes.

My capsicum gets separated from the besan. It doesn't come as a layer sticking to the capsicum. Any idea y?
