Besigye courts Kasese as Omusinga calls on Museveni to hand over power if he loses 

Forum for Democratic Change party presidential candidate Dr. Kizza Besigye who wound up his campaign in Kasese district, promised that his government would provide meals to school children to ensure they remain in class. Dr. Besigye who combed a number of villages in Kasese district ahead of his main rally in the town, also promised to provide better social services like health compared to the current government. Earlier, FDC president Maj. Gen. Mugisha Muntu, Besigye and other FDC politicians paid a courtesy call on the Rwenzururu King Charles Wesley Mumbere.
