If i was a minister of trade, i would not hand over such a cow to anybody..... Is the minister really convinced that this cow will do anything to help the poor voters. Prosperity for all?????
Otafiire is seriously mistaken. Teachers currently earn about 200,000 and doubling that is not out of our reach. Especially if you put in context that we can stop spending on some unnecessary ventures, like non portfolio ministries.
