VB stands for "Veřejná Bezpečnost", direct translation into EN: "Public security/safety". It is just a police car from the communist era (not secret police, just normal police, but equally evil :) ). This particular car is Tatra 603 (1969) and belongs to my friend who owns and drives the Tatra 128 model in the video (the 2-axle army truck having my sound unit too). At least a few units like this one existed in reality, but since Tatra 603 was a big and expensive car devoted primarily to government, regular police units didn't have them. And in the video - we settled this scene like I was trying to escape from the communist Czechoslovakia and this police unit wanted to stop my Tatra 130. Many attempts like this happened in the past.

+4mods :) , glad you like it! The red truck with yellow bucket is a Tatra 815 Agro - designed to be used in agriculture and usualy with a trailer. That's why it tippes to the side.
+fanda144 cz Ano, většinu aut, co tu vidíte, stavíme ručně. To platí zejména pro modely Tater - pokud to má realistický podvozek s rourou a kyvnými polonápravami, jde o ručně postavený unikát. Kupujeme jen pneumatiky (ačkoli třeba pneu na Kolosa jsou taky dělané doma) a elektroniku.
