@@TrollGamer5Pro ha you just played yourself.....out there in the world there is probably a person with the name "namebody" as their legal name. So you just told me that they care. bam
This man is so underrated. He’s really good at explaining, knows what budget is, goes in detail of what you have to do to use it, and is good at the games he plays and makes it entertaining. He’s the best gaming pc RU-vidr in the world.
@@klakdbeik38r8 look, he bought a cpu with g letter, this cpu includes radeon graphic card. Usually, people buys cpu with gpu when they don't have GPU. But he bought cpu with graphic card and bought GPU.
Adrian he could be as big as Jay, Kyle, Paul, TechSource, etc... there’s a lot more to PC’s than just building them. Joey literally just builds PCs and that’s it, no variety! I’m not saying he’s a bad RU-vidr, I’m just saying he could be much better.
I'm guessing quarantine, now everyone is at home they want to build pc now-a-days. My friends have had their pc's years ago, The stock market is just crashing and parts are just going out of stock.
Did you buy a prebuilt? You get ripped off hard with those. I ask this because a 900 dollar custom built pc from 5 years ago should be beating the pants off this turd that he built in 2019.
Yeah I know! I’m so blown away. Americans always get things cheaper than British people for some reason. And usually the average American has far more money
@Collateral Damage yes I did actually do this, for example lets just say something in U.S costs $100, in UK it translates to £75 (average). But in reality, it would cost £160. I mean that, it is true
@@miraculouslyadrienette5007 its very good but a few tips! First tip, try to find a 1660 super SINGLE FAN! It fits much better ! Also go with Ryzen 5 3600 ! And maybe up PSU to 600 or 650 if your going to use LED lights. I'd increase the SSD to 500+gb and the HDD to 1terabyte or 500+gb !!! I love my pc ! Also I use 16gb of ram!
Hmm there is a trick you can do . If there is someone you know who is abroad (on condition that he is trustworthy ) , you can ask him to buy the pc for you and bring it back as his pc in this way probably it won’t get taxed . On a side note : it feels bad man ( i have been through this ) .
Well, if you can’t afford that, sorry man. But you could always just find a similar build in your country with a similar cost. It would cost about the same and you could still get it.
cytrus I used every link he put in description on amazon, added each item to cart and then got the price. Wasn’t exactly 600 but somewhere around there. Also most videos the price won’t be exact because lots of the parts he bought were on sale at the time.
I’m so happy that I found this video! I was searching for a budget gaming pc on RU-vid, but no one explained how to put it together!. Thank you so much
vasilis vts well if you get this pc, have fun with a slow pc, not that high FPS, and that mother board I don’t think it will support that many upgrades that psu isn’t that big either, so have fun.
big bob Any PC with the budget of $400 isn’t going to be all that fast with extremely high FPS. It’s a “budget” gaming PC. Most cases people are just looking for something they can afford that’ll still treat them okay until they can upgrade to the build they want. So, I think OP will be content with this build.
@@ryanfelix928 not really. He could have got a b450 Mobo, 2 sticks of ram for dual channel, and a better branded PSU. For the same price. Usually he does good builds wonder why this one is different
I love how personalized your builds are. You took an ugly as all hell case and made it stand out and vibrant. Very good, that is something Ya aint getting anywhere else... Respect
Seriously i would go with the pc. I had a laptop for gaming(lenovo y720). I couldn't really find it too immersive so i just bought a monitor and speakers and basically tuned my laptop into a Cpu lol should've just gotten a pc fr
Honestly just getting a $300 lightly-specced laptop and building this $400 PC would be much better value than buying a $1000 laptop for the same performance (plus it is going to be less portable)
My friend bought a Laptop for around 650 euros back in 2018, my 2011 prebuilt with a i3-540 with only 4 gb ram and a RX 560 4GB has 10 times the performance on many games. On games such as Doom he has to lower the resolution to 800x600, and the resolution slider to around 75% all low just to get 30 fps. Meanwhile im getting around 120, medium-high settings at 1080p. Laptops just arent worth the money.
Unfortunately the bar for not completely wasting your money on garbage that will need to be upgraded or completely replaced in 2 years is 900-1000 dollars. Your GPU should cost 40% of your build, and it is hard to get the rest of even mid tier components for under 550 bucks. 60 for PSU, 75 for RAM, 50 dollar case, 85 dollar mobo, 150-200 dollar cpu, 65 for a 512gb nvme drive, additional case fans with a hub/splitter, and you are already over 500 bucks. These are bare minimum things you should be building with. You don't want to build for the past or present. You want to future proof your rig at least a little, or you will regret it in just a couple years time. Spending at least 900 will give you a yearly cost average of around 200 dollars for the time your system stays relevant. The cheaper you go, the higher that number gets for progressively worse components.
Ishmael Maphingers correct. Although if u just want something now this is a great budget build imo. Spending $900 on a setup is almost equally as bad, you don’t really have a great machine, it will still be slower than models that come out 2 years from now. Meaning if you actually want decent parts your gonna spend around $900 then your gonna need upgrades in two years to keep it up to your set low end mediocrity standards? With this $400 setup it looks like you can go for at least 5-6 years playing the same games that he currently was as well as anything the specs meet currently. So why spend more? The ONLY REASON would be you have more graphics editing intensive work or certain games your worried might not be met by these specs in the near future. Future proofing is also recommended on a non micro atx board entirely in my personal opinion, a micro atx board is good because its small yes but has way less room for upgrade so that kind of throws the whole build out the window at that point. I say if your not spending at least $1600 in order to get something on the higher end mediocre quality build there’s not really any reason to spend more than $5-600 maximum for slightly greater variety of playable games. But that’s all depending on what you get for your money, sales and such.
Honestly the best pc build and instillation guide ever- as this is my first build and you also happened to use the same parts as me so that helped a lot too, you kept it short, showed where to put wires and some vital gameplay, I can’t thank you enough
You are literally my fav tech youtuber, you have a great energy and u always seem to have fun in your vids, also you have great pc builds and you are good at games

I've been avoiding getting a pc for long enough now this is the age where things are starting to really change in quality and price. Plus my place was robbed so now I kinda have no other option ugh
@@doozeschanyt9554 chill. this build is ok for the price, but if you're going for a $400 PC, you're better off leaning towards upgradability rather than capability
I’m scared to build a pc cause I never built one and I don’t know if he shows all the steps or not and I don’t want to find out if he doesn’t when I bought everything
Ajax Dossd Yeah the af is $85 on Amazon. I’m going to go with that. I also went with the 2x4gb. Do I need to change anything else from this setup or will everything work with the 1600 af out of the box? Thanks a lot.
I really like this build where he was thorough in every detail like the wirings and such. Many of the guides I've watched are not this detailed. Props!
@@binksninja that's a completely different and much more sensitive topic. It was a harmless meme that went around. As someone who has built quite a few PCs in the past, the biggest tip I can give people is spending a little more on the case. I have had mine for almost 11 years and it's still going strong. Second tip is with my power supply since I've had mine for almost 13 years. Unfortunately the rest of the components change quite a bit. Although, what I can tell you is if you get a solid motherboard, graphics card and processor, it will last you at least 5-6 years before wanting to upgrade but it is never needed. In fact, I can play most PC games on my 12 year old PC but it's not going to give me the same performance.
@@BlessedEraProduction that maybe so but with pc you have way more games and better graphics AND it's a pc so you can do whatever you want, with a console you can only game
Lil Vomit You can also watch Netflix and similar other platforms, surf the internet, access social media, etc. The only things a PC has over a console is the insane graphical capabilities, the mouse, and mods.
@Mason Rose ive been trying to do the same with used parts, after about 2 weeks of searching for the best deals i managed to get about $520 and thats with downgrades, i only managed to get a GTX 760 and ryzen 3 1200 both refurbished, so idk how tf you got 350 without massively downgrading

I just recently built this pc but changed some of the parts so save extra money and get more power. Instead of a 2200g, I have a 3200g and I didn't bother buying additional stuff like the hard drive and the led lights. The pc works great and I'm able to play bo3 custom zombies!

@@cheese._9341 ofc he's kidding, 2080ti and i9 9900k is a high end gaming combination. Well there is 10900k for intel rn. 9900k is the previous generation.
Pro tip: 2x4gb 2666 instead 1x8gb 3200 is slightly cheaper and performs almost 80% better Edit: not 80% but definitely over 65%. Also, you gotta consider 130$ extra for a monitor, 20$ for mouse and keyboard, 12$ for wireless card...
yeah, but the a320 motherboard he has only has 2 ram slots. It's cheaper to upgrade with just an extra 1x8gb stick then replace the 2x4gb with an 2x8gb kit
