I am taking my 90 year old dad to San Diego in April after attending a wedding in New Mexico. He LOVES the SanDiego Harbor RU-vid channel and loves to watch the big ships come in & seeing Point Loma. Can you suggest a hotel that faces the harbor where he can sit in the hotel room and watch the big Navy boats go by? I will definitely get him out to explore but I want to be sure he has a birds eye view in the mornings without having to leave his room....or if he is too tired to go out, I want him to be able to watch the harbor activity. We will be staying 3-4 days.....Thank you!!

I,m from the Los Angeles Area & only been to San Diego 3 times once a few years back once earlier this year and both times were for a 2 night stay & next month I'm doing a 3 night stay for my birthday with 3 friends & all the breweries you show in your videos out there i took notes but have to try that California burrito & fish tacos & for sure hit the beaches

I grew up in San Diego. One of the most amazing things to see, IMO? The zoo!!! One of the best in the world. This definitely won't fit into a one-day itinerary, so don't just stay in S.D. for one day.

My dude... Woodys at PB for coffee and the best breakfast at the beach. Lahaina Beach House for a quick bloody mary. Balboa for sure, but check out the Spanish Village and gem and mineral society for great deal on semi precious jewelry in silver. Seaport village! Its a tourist trap, why?? Point Loma Cabrillo Monument for serenity and amazing views of Coronado and SD. OB for sure, but not a fan of that taco stand. Its been there since before you were born. Hodads burgers for sure.

I like the places and the local view but for an itinerary--it's a little all over the place from airport to UTC to Liberty station (close the the airport) to OB to La Jolla and back to Balboa Park--- too much back and forth--If your going up to UTC--go to La Jolla then. I love your channel but this itinerary makes no sence

Im thinking of doing a quick first time trip to San Diego, but I really want to do the Zoo, so Im thinking of doing the zoo the day I arrive and doing some site seeing the next day before leaving. Is it easy to move places in Public transportation?
