I've got Metcon 9's myself. Only thing I'd like them to have is a higher heel, but that would be a different style of shoe. Love how wide they are compared to anything else with a stiff heel in the price range and couldn't justify the L-1 lifters, especially cause I couldn't test the fit at a local store.

Great video! My favorite "small" pickups this year are my Bells of Stell glute ham roller - so smooth and love it for rollouts. I also love the ghost roller jcups which are / were on sale. Finally, I also love my TYR-L1s. As a bonus, I think a deadlift jack is great too - an actual one vs the rubber small blocks. You can go fancy and get the Kleva one or you can pick up a cheap but effective one from Titan.

I have a question about benches. I sold 2 rep benches to buy 1 good all around bench. Torn between rogue 3.0, REP Blackwing and REP AB-5200 2.0 decline isn’t super important but ease of use is. The blackwing looks great but maybe too many moving parts.

Avoid Rogue's 3.0. The pad is not good, ruining an otherwise fantastic bench. The Zero gap feature isnt necessary with modern benches and makes it very heavy to pick up since all the weight is up front. The only thing you'd have to consider is if you want the potential for attachments down the road but it's been 2 years and we still haven't seen the leg curl /leg ext they've talked about. The 5200 2.0 is but second favorite bench. Second only to Rogue's Manta Ray.

Thanks for the quick reply. I definitely don’t want it to be front heavy I bought the AB-3000 2.0 and sold it because it was difficult to move around due to it being front heavy and no real handle. Seems like the 5200 2.0 is going to be my best option. I’ll be sure to use your link to rep when I get it. Thanks again for the help.

I have a Titan SSB V2. Will the handle attachments from the Bells of Steel SSB3 & SSB4 fit on the titan SSB?

If it's still a copy of the Elite FTS SS Yoke it should. I have the SS3 and sold the spare handles to a guy on IG and they fit the SS Yoke.

@@bmstylee thank you for the reply. About a year ago, Gluck did a review on the Titan Series SSB (the one with the screw on sleeves.) He demonstrated that the BoS SS3 handles do work on the Titan Series SSB, but no mention of the Titan SSB V2. I want to assume that Titan Series SSB handle hole sizes and threading are the same as the V2, but keeping trying to get an answer from Gluck to verify. At this point, all I truly need to know is if the handles on the Titan Series SSB will fit the Titan SSB V2. If that's the case, then the BoS handles should fit my Titan SSB v2. I'm dying to use some spyder handles on my Titan SSB V2!

First, I don't see every comment and notification. Someday we get hundreds but I try my best to respond. It's hard to figure out where to best put the time and energy. I don't have the SS4 yet. Nobody does. I'll probably get one eventually since I gave them a lot of feedback to help get it to version 4. As for the SS3/Titan V2. I think that's addressed more in my Rep SSB vid.
