Hi Maty I discovered this hotel years back in late 90s when I visited Bangkok.Since then even though I've stayed other hotels Ambassador is still the best coz it's close to BTS & lively area.Will be returning to Bangkok nxt mth & staying in Ambassador

Hola, Maty we just checked into the Ambassador Hotel on your video recommendation. Great location , right downtown Bangkok. So far so good. Rm 623 has a great view of a white wall. No worries about someone looking in. Lol.
Hi Maty, i was attracted by the cylinder structure of the tower wing which i stayed for my first visit to bangkok in 2004, at that time i remembered paying around sgd 57 per night, the standard wing cost sgd around 10 lesser if i remembered correctly, thanks for the hotel tour
Hardly a 4 star hotel by any stretch! Stayed there 3 times. Location is pretty good; about an 8 minute walk to the Nana BTS, but it's an older hotel. Cannot compete in luxury next to the Marriott, Hyatt, Landmark, ect. Most frustrating thing about this place is the long waits just to get checked in or out, especially if there are a few people in line ahead of you.
Correct, as this hotel is one the famous hotel for Indians and tours , it always busy and recently I heard about bad service but still cheaper than those hotels around there 🤷♂️
between Ambassador n double tree by hilton and grand 5 ...pl suggest which will be better in terms of location , BTS STATION , comfort and proximity to night life
Ich war Anfang März 24 für ein paar Tage dort und kann das Hotel überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Es gibt im Ambassador wohl zwei Flügel - in dem einen Flügel sind die Zimmerpreise etwas günstiger ($50), die Zimmer dafür in einem erbärmlichen Zustand. In der Dusche muss man die Wassertemperatur selber einstellen, und nach 20 Sekunden kommt nur noch heisses Wasser raus. Das ganze Bad ist alt und versifft. In der Tür zum Badezimmer ein faustgrosses Loch. Beim Schrank für die Mini-Bar streift die Türe am Boden... Könnte noch weitere Details aufzählen - also wenn's schon das Ambassador sein soll, dann unbedingt die günstigen Zimmer meiden...
i book the hotel and emailed regarding this question. They said if you bring a girl for short time no overnight they charge 100baht and if she stays the night they will ask for 1000 baht.

The location of hotel is amazing, in the middle of nightlife and Sukhumvit Soi 11 which is very popular for party and night life and also easy access to BTS ( Sky train ) and u can easily go anywhere that u want with that 🙏 if u have any question , don’t hesitate to ask

Oh God! There's a big difference between the enviroment you show and the experience I had in the other tower. Don't book a standard room in the main tower! It was like in a film. The window is not sound-insulated. Th view is to the passage. At night I could only sleep with earplugs in my ears. The room was stinky in spite I asked for a non-smoking room I am sure it was smoking before. Sex hair on the wall, disgusting black spots on the showwer-curtain etc... I booked for three day but I've spent only on e night and I was happy to escape 🙂
Sorry to hear that , even in the video I mention that you should ask for better view and also friend of mine stay and had kinda same problem , he talked to reception and she changes the room for him , the next room was fine 🤷♂️
So sorry to hear that, I guess as they have many customers then the service become bad and bad and bad , however you can always try to talk to manager of hotel and he/she will helps for sure 🙏
