Pls tell clearly about Warrenty on PCB , Condenser warranty.. Because compressor doesn't fail easily in inverter ACs but the inverter PCB fails since it has sofisticated controller in it and it also costs up to 60-75% of AC cost. So it's important to check who is providing maximum warranty for PCB (IDU &ODU) and Condenser.

Now a days, all company realized the people worried about PCB warranty and started giving for it and i strongly suggest to use stabilizer for invetor ac which will sort these kind of issues.

Yes dear friend.. But all AC brands doesn't provide Warranty for Active components.. I have come across such a circumstance that inverter board failed exactly after 1.6 yrs of purchase even though it had a top brand voltage stabilizer installed, and the company is charging 17K + GST+ labour charges all together 19400.. So this is why I insist for better warranty & specific brand who provides for Active components of AC..

You get 5 years warranty on PCB board so after 5 years u may have to spend a lot....The current consumption is much more on normal ac and its becomes even worse as it gets old.....so inverter ac will save u a lot of money if u calculate all

Bro, i think you are asking Inverter AC? Inverter AC la all function will be controlled by PCB, so PCB problem na you need to change the PCB board which cost 50% of ac cost, for that only i am saying get AC with PCB warranty and use Stabilizer, no need to worry about anything at any time. I using 2 AC , 1. O general window AC working fine more than 12yrs only two time top up gas R22 Since 2015 split AC for another room 1.5 ton non inverter using carrier only once cooling gas changed after 4yrs both are standard company service's are better in carrier, I purchased LG in 2 yrs back inverter model got PCB failure can't be replaced by other PCB board ..

Sad to hear, does your LG not have PCB warranty?? Always use stabilizer for all kind of AC, then all electronic products are same, olden days product has more durability, mobile, TV etc. Now all the products we buy are not durable as old, but hard truth is we have to live with that...

Inverter ac is always good but again for safety we should get AC with PCB warranty so if in case any issue with Board,you no need to spend 50% of ac cost. Your ac has hyper PCB protection which will keep board safety in case of voltage fluctuation, but more than features, it always good to hold a warranty.

u have it wrong the samsung ac is iseer of 5.20 in 5 star check there site and the provide 5 comprehensive warranty which include 5 years on pcb.fan motor condenser and 10 years on compressors

Good question Bro, if you switch off any electronic devices using remote, TV, ac anything, power supply was stopped electronically, not completely. You can consider this as stand by mode. But very very little power will consume.. if you power on the remote the singal is still recognise by TV or AC la, so it's still alive. Then subscribe my channel bro

Split ACs can be reviewed only after long term use. My Hitachi 1.2 ton worked very well for 1 year and now not cooling. Technicians saw it multiple times but not able to resolve despite filling up gas and changing duct which costed 5k. Now they are advising to change PCB worth 19k. But they are not commiting that earlier PCB is not working. Avoid Hitachi. It was good earlier but their inverter models suck. Also my AC produced very harsh sound. Horrible experience totally
