Twin Leaf Brewery across the street from the Funkatorium in Asheville has exceptional Brown Ale's. Twin Leaf's Beorn's Awakening, Beorn's Slumber, and Beorn's Vacay Coconut are a must taste. Beorn is a clever name for the Brown Ale's as Beorn appears in The Hobbit as a "skin-changer", a man who could assume the form of a great black bear.
Was just there and I can say that your list is really solid... I didn't visit high wire, but you nailed the other ones for me.. Locals steered us right as well.. Burial is the best.. Disslvr was very good... Loved Dirty Jacks and Green Man.. Green Leaf with the sours is amazing.. Funkatorium. Also hit Ology in Tally if you are in Florida.. might have a Tampa location by now.. for SWFL, Naples, Ft. Myers, it's Ceremony, Pointe Ybel...
