The key point is u have no control over what ur teammates will do. U playing b locking it down meaning enemy team will have a high chance to hit A site. Even u stack 4 players on A site leaving u 1 man solo on B, chances are ur teammates will lose the 4v5 or 4v4 which then force u to rotate late and play retake with ur defensive utils. Again that sucks. The point is u have no control over ur teammates. U teammates could be ASS. U locking down the entire site doesnt help. The second they find out where ur playing. They hit the opposite site. And u could literally win with any comp as long as ur teammates know what they doing and out aim everyone on the enemy team by a huge margin. Otherwise u playing sentinel agent is the worst choice to solo queue. Cuz ur forced to play retake 1v2, 1v3, 1v5 or 2v4 etc etc. and when ur teammates are kinda bad. It wont go smoothly and trust me on that.

@@ok1_183 Yup you're right. Bad teammates can ruin strategies. That's why it's way more fun to play 5 stack with friends :) But still it's quite less probable that you're gonna lose 4 stacked site, remember chances of having ASS teammates on the opponent side is also a possibility (unless there's a large skill gap between teams)

what you need to do is just play the game you'll get better with time

Try playing some team death matches where you look at a target and really stare at their head before you try to shoot them. You're probably rushing way more than you need to

Play deathmatch with guardian it will force you to take time before hitting the enemies and will force you to unconsciously strafe between shots to not die early

Play lots of DM and break the insta crouch habit. I fall back into it sometimes even as a diamond player

The more coordinated the teams get, the more they learn how to play around your setups and even use them as a weakness against you to predict how your team will set up. For example if the enemy team knows ur cypher on ascent a and you condition them to fear an unbreakable trip they can simply think of ways to play around it for example, they can apply pressure and late hit, the site. They can constantly break ur stuff with utility, and if they have an initiator they can simply scout ur util and determine a safe path onto site. Sentinels are good, I personally just dont think they have the flexibility that an initiator can provide. Yea a sentinel can provide information too but they can’t really setup a teammate nor can they really play off their own things as much as an initiator can. They are limited to where their setup is whereas an initiator is only limited to if they have the util or not. Which leads me to my next point of sentinels really only having a strong defensive power. While it’s true they can lurk, so can Reyna and yoru and omen. Flanking util is nice but it’s kinda useless if ur relying on a brain dead team to enter site and they all die. At least with an initiator, you give your teammates a higher chance of winning their fights through flashing, or scouting them out and worst comes to worst you can simply trade them. That being said sentinels are still solid for solo queue however just like a Reyna, their play style leans more selfish side leading to a real lack of kick from then until the bomb is planted where as initiators just have so much more team value throughout the entire match when played properly. It’s a team based game at the end of the day so playing agents who can manipulate the most value through your team will always make it easier.

That’s a lot of agents my guy! Maybe find a good middle ground of your top 5 and work from there :) I know I can’t have more than 5 in my rotation without tanking my performance

cloves kit is more limited than other controllers their decay and pick me up are mediocre at best

other than smoke and her ult her other 2 utiles are meh. the heal barely even lasts

like her only benefit is smocking after death which is pretty good.

Y’all are trolling. Cloves kit is insane. Just because you don’t play her like Reyna doesn’t mean she’s bad. She literally lets you lurk or entry and control how you want to smoke an area and when. And then you can get your smokes back. She’s a combo of brimstone and viper and she allows you to take fights. You get one, you heal, then you push and take another fight plus one, if you convert that you’re in a 5 v 3. Not only that but if you’re getting 2 and dying every rd you’re getting 3 orbs a round. Meaning you can ult at minimum 3 times in one half. I promise you smoke off and then throw decay no one is going to be in a hurry to push that.

Just don’t play jet. The others are fine.

I mean 30 kills average will get u to a higher mmr lobby resulting in ur teammates getting better. If they’re still ass, you have those games, but you can probably carry urself out of those lobby if ur consistently hitting 25s and 30s. (Battle sage mode)
