The one that doesn't steal the humanity in art. You know, the thing that makes art authentic and meaningful! This is an outrageous question that is disrespectful to people who have spent thousands of hours perfecting their style and technique. Along with technology comes the devaluing of the human soul and existence. This only proves the repulsion of human interaction, which used to be what made us special.
/blend where you can take your images and blend them and but I would like to like take a picture of somebody's face and turn them into an astronaut so is there any way to actually do that
Wow, such a great content Kerry. Love your work and appreciate your time to create and share these great stuff. Can't wait to work on them and see what I can do for my pod, Cheers. Manny
Always enjoy your content and have mad respect for you and what you’ve accomplished Kerry. That said, what you need to understand about the art generators and their main problem is that they have been trained on the art of living and working artists and photographers without the permission of those artist and without paying them for the use of their artwork as part of the database that the art generator is trained on. Meanwhile the developers of many of the generators as you’ve stated are charging for the use their generators. Users of the generators are taking the art that’s generated, calling themselves artists(when in fact it’s an AI generating the work) and selling it either outright or as you’ve suggested via print on demand. In fact, many of them specify in the prompt, to make the art piece look like a specific artist or artists. The truth is that if all the artwork of those living and working artists and photographers were removed from the databases leaving only the artwork that has passed into the public domain, the AI’s wouldn’t be generating anything close to what they are and certainly not the stuff that blew you away. To put it into perspective, it would be like someone taking the top selling POD courses available right now including yours, along with all the free video’s those creators have on RU-vid and training an AI on those courses and the creators videos then asking the AI to create a few different POD courses. That individual now turns around claims to be an expert and starts selling those courses, courses they wouldn’t have if it wasn’t for all the hard work you and the other creators put in over the years of learning what works and what doesn’t. The practice of getting better each time you try to sell one of your POD designs etc.,etc.. Like I said, love your content and love your heart for wanting to help others to be successful. Just something to think about.😎
Totally understand your point of view. In my opinion, all art (and most everything else) is inspired by something else. So I don’t have a problem with AI taking the inspiration of something else and creating something new from that data. If it were copying it and spitting out identical artwork, I could see why that is wrong. Also, just like anything else, I believe people will definitely use this AI in unethical ways and will try to infringe on copyrights, etc, etc. The point about someone taking my course and creating another one, I don’t see it that way. I took many courses, implemented them, and created a new course that includes many strategies and tactics that I learned in other courses. It’s not stealing that course, it’s inspired by that course, and I’ve put my spin on it. Hope this makes sense! Thanks again for the thoughtful comment!
While I can respect that opinion, when I use an app like Wonder, which I love for createing a lot of full sized prints, to upload my art, or a picture that I have taken and manipulate it, that original art was always mine. It never belonged to anyone else. I don't see any harm in using AI to manipulate something that belongs to me already. And if it teaches that AI to do what it does better I also don't have any concerns with that.
@@KerryEgeler I always upscale and then if I like that upscale than I'll do variations of that upscale and then a little box. Pops up on the screen and you can edit your prompt
Here is the reason I like playground the fact that I can upload my stuff from Sparks because that's just not where it should be but if you upload the playground there's a space where you can actually remove things from image IE extra eyeballs extra arms smushed faces and it will give you unlimited upload for a little while and then you can decide I think I'm not sure I'm a paid member I paid like $10 a month and it lets me use a lot more but there's a lot of stuff in playground that you would be surprised every once in awhile you'll get some crap but mostly if your I look at it like this when I'm writing something in the Box I imagine that my friend is blind and I'm trying to explain the situation around me
