The cold noodles are back! I haven't had pork galbi in so long! But I'm loving all these places you've been showing us! I want to take my sister to some of them when we go back to Korea in the future :D

I make my own galbi ribs. Simple style though: store bought galbi sauce, add a bit of gochujang and more garlic. Marinade overnight. Precook at 120C for an hour in foil, reduce leftover marinade to a thick sauce and then finish them at 180C for about 30-45 min brushing it with the marinade. YUM!

So good 5months to go. Till I get to enjoy that food. 😁😁😁👋👋
