I have been using this recipe for over a year now. I've tried others but I keep coming back to this one. Never cared for b bread before but now I love it. Thank you!!!
Thanks s lot for showing all the measurement you explain very clearly and you write the ingredients with a big letters that everyone can read it easily not like others just putting all the ingredients without measurement just continue what you are doing you are a very good teacher thanks again God Bless and taje care
I have a hand blender but for banana bread I just mix it with a silicone spatula. Two bowls... one for dry one for wet and just before I put it in the oven I mix the dry with the wet ingredients and glazed cherries halved are a nice addition but put the cherries into the dry ingredients so they don't sink to the bottom of your bread. Duck egg certainly make your baking so much richer... oh your bread looks lovley x
I am baking it as your recipe but the chocolate chips, I am using walnuts instead. Thank you, this is the only 3 banana bread and I only had 3 bananas so it worked out perfectly hahaha
I made this yesterday...sooo good! Thank you for the recipe.. .fluffy and moist with a nice crusty top...yummm. I'll save the measurements for sure. Yes the bananas I had were almost black too. 😅😊❤ God bless!
This is the second time I have followed this recipe. The bread is moist and super yummy! My kids love it!! The only thing that’s repeated the second time as well, is being low on sweet, as per the ingredients. The second time I added a couple of tbsps of sugar extra. But it was still on the less sweeter side. Other than that, it was just delicious!! Thank you so much for sharing.
I looked and looked and looked for the nicest recipe and I love yours 1. It doesn't take too much flour. I added walnuts, raisins, and Chia Seeds and substitute the sugar for Erythritol. It's delicious
Tried your recipe, the first time ever I tried to cook before and first time I’ve ever tasted banana cake and it cooked great and tasted great too. Very easy to do great demo video. Thanks. X
🎉🎉🎉 This was my first banana bread I’ve ever made and I followed your recipe and it turned out amazing. I added chopped almonds because it’s what I had around the house, and I didn’t cook it as long, and let it cool on a cooling rack. DELICIOUS!! I will be making this again! Thanks for the clear directions. Great video.
Good day dear❤ I really do enjoyed this video, I tried the banana bread recipe and it’s actually in the oven. I really did not want to throw away my over ripe bananas...thanks for everything God bless you and your family ❤🙏🏾😊
We love your recipe. Muchas gracias. I made it 20 minutes ago and my family is asking me to make it again tomorrow. Easy and delicious. I just replace regular sugar to brown sugar. Thank you.
Great recipe, very moist and delicious. Sometimes I add a little cinnamon to the bread mix. I prefer to use nuts. I love to put butter on hot bread or heat it up to melt the butter; absolutely delicious. Thank you very much for having your hair pulled back. I hate seeing people cook with their hair flopping around the food. No one likes to find hair in their food.
Used your recipe yesterday…. It came out delicious. Thank you I doubled the recipe and it all came out perfect!! It made a dozen med muffins and one loaf. Yummmm
Thank you! I made it today. Came out amazing! I didn't have a pizza stone so I used a cookie sheet instead. I also didn't add chocolate chips. Next time I may add peanut chips. Or maybe Craisins.
I add 1/2 cup of butter, along with 1/2 of sour cream! Bananas freeze well, until you have time to bake up a Loaf. Two loaf pans would work better. Thanks !
You need to bake that in the middle of the oven not the bottom. Then the bottom of your loaf won't burn before the inside is done. I'm 68. Learnt that the hard way. 👍😊💛
This was very easy to make and very good even if I did cut the sugar in half. My loaf pan is an odd size 5 X 11 and only had to bake it 45 minutes. Very moist and a fantastic way to use extra ripe bananas
Thank you for sharing your recipe. The recipe is so easy i'll be able to try out glass vs metal, also convection vs reg, and no stone vs cookie sheet. (Lots of banana bread! 😉) I can dehydrate any 'flops' for fake biscotti!
I do a different technique, let the banana spot about half the peel the freeze them till they blacken. Remove and thaw, hold the banana over a bowl by the stalk, pinch the other end and with your fingers slide it down and the banana will slide out very wet, then slide your fingers down a few more times getting every drop of the sweet liquid. The meat on the inner peel will give up a clear type syurp that adds much flavor.
omg i used 6 bananas and 2 tablespoons vanilla in mine, a pinch of salt because i used the butter that had salt in it already, and i used 1/2 cup walnuts, and self-rising flour by Hudson cream flour. OMGoodness it's turned out so good, thank for your recipe I went by it and added and took away from a bit differently but it's fantastic the way mine turned out...So thank you for this guide.
I fucking LOVE that you not only took your own take of a universal recipe but you posted your own way for us to do the same to now BOTH of you. This is how knowledge spreads & the world gets a little closer, thank you :)
@@crashburndicoot6940 always, yes you are right this is how knowledge spreads and pple find tricks on what works for them. But i loved her guide to show pple.
Tried original directions in glass pan and it took 75 min for the center to cook and the outside was pretty well over done with burnt bottom even with the stone. Adjusted recipe. Used a metal non stick pan slightly bigger on stone, dropped temp to 325, used 1 jumbo egg, 4 medium sized bananas and it cooked in 60 minutes perfectly. Nice golden crispy on top, moist middle and fell right out of buttered pan. When baking our families long time/traditional apple cake, glass just does not work well, so we tried the metal pan, and voila.
@@DesertHavaGarden yes they are turning out so good i have made 6 so far sharing with my neighbor and friend who love it...so glad i chose this one so easy to whip up and enjoy and that i have God bless thanks
I just followed your recipe and I'm very pleased with the Bannana Bread !!@ thank you so much!! I love honey , so I incorporated it on the recipe in place of vanilla. Fantastic!!!
Yep, I like my bananas dark ,dark Like that to. For my bread. It does make a difference In the taste and texture. But I use 5 at a time, Depending on the size of Course.
I loved this! I used a mini Bundt pan and a mini loaf pan so we could eat one and freeze the other for later! You had me hooked when you said you were using duck eggs, because I have ducks and chickens and I love to use the duck eggs in baked goods. I wish I knew how to put the picture I took of the cake, it turned out beautiful!
