My brother walked passed me when I was enthralled in that fight scene and scared the shit out of me when he screamed out "WHA.. HOLY SHIT WHAT ARE YOU WATCHING WERE CAN I WATCH THIS?!" 33 y.o old man going insane over this. Don't tell me anime is for kids or just a certain age. Nah. Demon Slayer and AOT prove that anyone can like anime. Fucking so mind blown by this episode just stunning.

If only Tengen completed his Musical Score Technique when his both arms still attached, Gyuutaro would be dead long ago. Just imagine, he is actually on par with UM6 when he fights with one arm. And people says he is the weakest
He is actually the weakest among the hashiras, just gets better when he completes his musical score, but he's at a disadvantage against most blood demon arts like Akaza for example, you can't really predict an attack that moves lightspeed
No, he couldnt have. Youre disregarding the fact that he lost his arm FIGHTING Gyutaro 1v1, not some handicap from an outside element. That is already a sign that he's losing either way. He couldnt have made Musical Score unscathed. And even with the technique in effect, he still lost the eye and got some rib punctures. Again, 1v1 and without Daki interfering. Im not saying he's a weak hashira, but he definitely couldnt have defeated UM6 on his own.

Even after two years, still nothing could top this animation, Ufotable's animators freaking outdid themselves. Now that the last arc is coming, i'm sure the animation will be even better than this since it's a movie and this one was just an episode and a freaking beast one.

Why is everyone yelling like "What is that ??!!" in Tanjiro's scar scene. They explained it like a 4 or 5 episodes ago at the rooftop against Daki ... Am i the only person yelled like "Hinokami !!!" at that scene ?

I still wonder how Tengen didn't awaken his mark when Tanjiro awakened his, but I'm so glad that Tengen didn't awaken his mark, he retired and got to spend the rest of his life with his three beautiful wives, nothing is better than that. Meanwhile the rest of the Hashiras, even the ones that survives the last battle, they couldn't live past 25. But I wonder how his mark would look like hmmm.
what tanjiro originally has is a burn scar. If you look closely to that scar when tanjiro is about to cut the demons' head off, it turns into a sun breather's birth mark. Not only the scar grew in size, it changed its pattern too. The scar changing into a birth mark never happened in the show before. Also tanjiro has a black sword which means he can master any breathing technique he wants. It proves when tanjiro's subconscious mind is literally shown clear. No fire, no water, no air. So he can adapt to any breathing technique. Even rengoku mentioned about his sword on mugen train.
I'm over here wondering if these guys were actually paying attention. Like you should know what the red scar is? Even taanjiros grandfather have the scar. oh well nice reaction.
Question to manga readers: Will Tanjiro, Zenitsu and Inouske become Hashiras or given some special rank up ? Cause I remember someone said, you have to kill at least 50 demons or kill at least 1 upper/ lower moons to become hashira? Can someone answer but no spoil too much. Thanks
They are on the bare minimum lvl required for hashira skills but not as strong as the current hashiras. Reasons: 1) Moinitsu needed his godlike speed (he can only use it twice) to slice off Daki's head and still needed Inosuke's help. Keep in mind Daki is weaker than Gyutarro. Tengen sliced her head off by just flexing XD. And he is not the "strongest hashira". 2) Ganpachiro is able to use sun breathing but he has not mastered it. He can become really strong only after using Hinokami Kagura/Sun breathing but cannot sustain it for too long and has to face serious repercussions after it ends. Definitely, he has worked and improved on that department by learning Recovery breathing as well as being in "fever". -Even when he was slicing gyutarro's head at the start and at the end, it was taking some time. It wasn't like a clean sweep like Rengoku who was going insane and slicing through Akaza's (not to mention Upper 3) entire body. -He was only able to slice his head off because of his changed scar. I think you already know that his scar has some importance and does increase his power by 100 times as mentioned in this Episode (Not gonna say much about it but, just a heads up, it is really important).

I know am in the minority here and most people will hate my opinion but i hate these types of fights, the animation is the best i've ever seen, but the fights are kinda stupid a lot of screaming a lot of mid fight talking and explaining the power of friendship = boom shounen like it was cool when i first got into anime but now i feel like i've seen this type of fight millions of times
Noo!!! I dont hate your opinion but what you have witnessed is a shounen anime fight.. But..this tengen vs gyutaro sequence Less talking so much will to kill each other for the sake of everyone... And its super intense in their perspective .. They had to let it out. By shouting..obviously. This is not naruto power of friendship doesnt make you strong tanjiro in season 1 already said that. You get power boost in life and death situation and this is that situation and flashbacks ofcourse. You could've assess the situation first before talking come on bruh.
