Good day, boss. Thanks for the well detailed lectures of yours. For this, the Grade Minimum for Level 2 is lower than The Grade Maximum for level 1. I thought it was supposed to be otherwise, please?

They can include some of the sample performance objectives below: - Create innovative and unique dishes that showcase culinary skills. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen to ensure food safety. - Consistently maintain high standards of quality in all menu items. Then you are expected to be score on the above in addition to other performance objectives agreed upon within your organization.
