In today's video I go through my favourite and IMO best ar pvp build in the division for both conflict and dark zone. Featuring the gun I never used before the capacitor with defender drone and emp sticky.

I use it with 2 pieces of the steel set. I’m all blue and it’s skill tier 4. I sometimes lose a blue and add a red to hit a little harder. Love it just the fire rate sometimes lets it down.

Put on the walker and harris you have. Then switch all 3 of the umbra cores to red (so you only have 3 skill tier) Switch the sticky to a jammer pulse and my god is that the best conflict build ever. My aim is shit as im a PC player who now plays on ps5 and im just wiping the floor with players. My last game i scored 2100 points and got 14 kills and 0 deaths. Its broken. Also since you dont need your secondary weapon. Use the uzi looking one, it makes it so enemies dont see you behind cover

Id like to make this but being a drunken lunatic i accidentlly crushed my capacitatoe 🥔 trying to roll DTOC so instead i use ninja with 3 striker and 2 brazos with picaros and obliterate chest and rhe oroborous which is incidentally my favourite song by Gojira.

I don't mean to be rude but why capacitator? It's just capacitor. Love the build though you could also look at heartbreaker pvp build it's fun, can reach almost 5mil armor and still hit like a truck.

I think it is because of the DTTOC change, being the only AR with DTA and DTTOC. I will try a Heartbreaker build but knowing that they can counter me with pulse resistance

It's not cheats. It's called a mouse. Watch CSGO and then play the console version. 2 different beasts. (I am PS5 player) You can literally control the recoil the whole way through the mag with a mouse. It's vastly superior at aiming compared to a controller.
