252 Def / 252 HP (In the video it shows I have 252 in SpA this is because i tweaked an existing build and didn't have enough berries)
- Body Press
- Iron Defense
- Reflect
- Focus Energy
The strategy in the video is a bit all over the place
You should start with reflect, charge your tera orb with body press, your defense will increase with Stamina
once stats are reset use iron defense x3, then use focus energy then start spamming Body Press - EASY
