Let me add some gems because I lived on Hammond and Peachtree Dunwoody. Walking distance to the Marta Train. Walking distance to Publix Walking distance to Walgreens Walking distance to Starbucks A couple of hospitals Restaurants you name it they got it. Capital Grille, Cheesecake Factory, Maggiano's Taco Mac, Flemings, etc.
I live in Dunwoody and if you are moving to ATL, this is the best area! Close to all major highways, restaurants, Buckhead but still out the way to live the suburban lifestyle.
This video is spot on. I'm moving to Atlanta & I work in Market Research. My office is right near Perimeter Mall. Definitely my favorite part of the city
I love the Atlanta Metro Suburbian area. This is why I'm moving to the city of Stonecrest, in Dekalb Country. I bought a house there, relocating New Years Day. RGEE
You’re doing a great job showcasing the different areas! Can you do the Vinings area and is the DeKalb school system more highly rated than Cobb county?
I’m moving from segregated Chicago lol I’m looking for places close to or on the outskirts of Atlanta that have a nice healthy diverse mix of people in middle /upper middle class neighborhoods. Really any place in Georgia like this. The more diverse the better 😆🥲
I was considering to be with two female roommates in Dunwoody many moons ago---off Perimeter Center West. That is a nice area. Where is your native home. I thought maybe west of the country.
So I just signed a lease for a place in Acworth lol it’s what I could afford but I didn’t look at the area first. I’m a 25 year old black woman. I’m not really into going out or having parties in my place. I’m just nervous about being the only black person out there 😭
