In all honesty i have got to thank little Manny and will continuously pray for him , because if it wasn't for him Alba and Manny would not have made all the transition to a clean living , and i would not have been inspired or guided by all there transition , and it has personally helped and opened my eyes at just 18 years old ❤❤❤ forever grateful and praying for Alba and her family x

I’m keeping it simple . Coconut oil to moisturize baby and kirks Castile soap which is hypoallergenic to bathe baby. I am making my own diaper ointment with clays . I really don’t want to purchase all these items . The only one I will eventually get is Weleda , because I myself love Weleda . Thank you for the video Alba !

My baby gets a bath 1 x a week as well.. on top of everything she has curly hair.. so I dont want to be stripping her hair of her natural oils by over washing, which u think a lot of people do. Love this video!

Totally agree with not bathing everyday, doing that only contributes to dry skin.. I bathe my son once a week as well. Thanks for all the new clean options to try for baby!

Marieliza yes and i also read about a link between daily bathing and eczema because bathing daily strips babies skin from producing natural oils that act as a protective layer from environment.

That's exactly right! It's also true for adults as well! Same reason why you shouldn't wash your hair everyday. I get crazy looks when I say this but it's true. Skipping a shower every once in a while actually works in your favor.

Omg I’m so glad you use cloth diapers!! Can you please make a video on how you cloth diaper your baby. It looks like you use the all in ones from bumgenious They’re not the best brand but it works for some. I really hope you tell us how you do it! I cloth diaper my son too but I like using flats and covers :)

Beautiful you and beautiful baby. One tip to use with the cloth diapers; line the inner diaper with dry baby wipes and when it is used, you can simply remove the liner and flush it out and re- line and clean her. Hope I make sense. Lots of love.

Very sweet video. When you first mentioned Belly Armour/ over exposure to radiation I did some extensive research and now have a blanket/hat for my toddler and a belly band for number 2. We also turned off the blue lights on our phones, purchased radiation blocking covers cell covers, we our phones on airplane mode in the bedroom and have seen a huge improvement in our sleep. Thank you for talking about things I have trouble explaining to to people who just don't get it. I send them your way all the time. Bless. Ps. Alma is delicious.

Your baby is adorable. I'm trying to get away from using botanical extracts and oils because dermatologists like Dr. Dray here on RU-vid say that those ingredients and fragrances are more likely to cause allergic reactions. :-/

Oh God... same! I love her! Ever since I stopped using ANYTHING with fragrance/extracts my skin has gotten so much better. (I bought everything fragrance free/irritant free... all the way from shampoo to laundry detergent) Some people are just lucky and they don’t have such sensitive skin and they can get away with using all of those things but I agree.

Alexandra Rivera awesome. She’s the best! Yeah. I have super sensitive skin on my face due to Rosacea so that’s a no go for me. Dr. Dray always recommends Vanicream and they’re available at CVS. I’ve ben meaning to try them out. What type of shampoo do you use?

Silvia Diaz I don’t actually. These are the only products I own and I like them all. I think it’s because I only chose brands i know i liked and I looked into their ingredients so it’s hard to make the wrong choice.

Congratulations on being just an incubator! I too was used for my lady parts and produced not one but two offspring that look nothing like me. Nonetheless she is beautiful and an absolute joy I'm sure. I LOVE the fine herbal cleanser and use it for my facial cleanser as well. Farmaesthetics is so underated in my opinion, you have to try their Vassar Rose Perfecting Polish.

I absolutely love your videos due to the sheer research you put in to every product or facet of your lifestyle. I know that you have the most knowledge of any of the sources around me because you aren’t just recommending the same products very body is using found at their nearest Target. How is the reusable diapers situation? Like, is it as messy or inconvienient like people say? Do you wash it in the same washing machine as the rest of your clothes ?

Stephanie Fernandez I find them easy when home. They're a bit inconvenient while out so I use disposable organic ones when on the run. For home they're great we just rinse them and throw them in a separate diaper pale just for those then wash them on their own.

Also, congratulations on baby girl Alma, she is such an adorable, precious blessing!!! My husband and I have been TTC for many years now. We have loss a few babies before the 24 weeks of pregnancy. We have recently starting our healthy/natural/organic lifestyle inspired by you and your husband! We want to ensure we're as healthy as can be and most importantly, my body is strong enough to carry to full term. We've met with some great natural doctor's and we're confident in our next pregnancy that we will have a full-term, healthy baby in our arms! We have done some research but it's all so new...I was wondering if possible, would you be open to sharing any tips on strengthening the uterus, cervix and overall body naturally (beginner friendly and cost effect)?
