I remember a few scenes from a movie where a few guys are being hunted in the desert after some lost mission. One guy is crawling across the desert. He sees from a distance what he thinks are 3 birds. When he finally focuses and the objects get closer... they are 3 enemy helicopters looking for him coming his way. Another guy climbs up this steep mountain taking all his strength to do it. When he gets to the top exhausted... there is one of the helicopters waiting for him. A couple of the guys make it out and make it back to the US where they arrive at their own funerals with their family members all there who think the men are dead. The movie is from the 1970's. This is just a vague description and memory of mine from awhile ago. I have never been able to find or remember the title of the movie. If anyone has any clue of the name... reply here. Thanks!
