Hi, Mrs. Gina! I just made your Baked Mac & Cheese for my family! Oh my, it's soooooo delicious! I'm from the South. I've always used Pet Milk. That's what we call it here. Also, the Sweet & Condensed Milk. What made the difference for me are the garlic power and onion power. It took it to a hold new level! I do have two questions. What are the name of the pan you use to melt your different cheese in? Also, what is the depth of that pan? I watch you all the time! Thank you for your beautiful prayers & your lovely personality. Gina you know what else one they can do if they don't want to season it in fear of over/under seasoning the sauce they can boil the pasta in unsalted chicken/vegetable broth. You will taste great flavors throughout the dish just from the pasta. If you don't have any broth chicken bouillon seasoning in your water will work too.

Have been using Patti LaBelle's recipe for years ( on Oprah's show) very similar to yours but the sweetened condensed milk blew me away and must try!!! Now I can't wait to make this for my daughter-in-law! She is a Mac'n Cheese junkie!! Your videos are so uplifting!!!

Good grief, thats an AMAZING blend of cheeses😳😊. The addition of the evaporated condensed milk I have never seen before, but its brilliant!! I always used 1/2 and 1/2, which is OK, but I will try this👍. Thanks again Gina, you are such an inspiring teacher.

Yes natural cheese melts better because there’s no wax on it. all that bag cheese that’s pre-shredded has wax on it to keep it from sticking together. There is a huge difference in the taste and the texture and the melting process of those two different cheeses. I have no problem shredding cheese by hand.

My mom used evaporated milk but she added the eggs to the cheese sauce. I'm gonna try it.

There's another guy I watch he made this recipe about a year ago maybe six months using the Eagle brand, he only used a couple of tablespoons of the Eagle brand. I like the cream cheese but I don't think I would put the mozzarella in the mac and cheese it tends to dry the macaroni out. But overall it's a pretty good recipe

This recipe really does look wonderful, but it also looks too expensive for my budget. Gosh, that must be a $50 dish with all those cheeses etc., so I'll just drool watching you and stick to the other recipe you gave us which is a little simpler! Anyhow, I wanted to tell you that I made your Shrimp egg rolls and they were the best ever! When you said to only use ONE drop of Sesame oil in the recipe, I couldn't imagine that would make any difference, but I have to say, that must be the secret ingredient we've all been missing! It was the best egg roll recipe I've ever tasted! It was so good that I decided to try adapting it to stir fry by cooking the shrimp the same way, and using all the same spices in some stir fry veggies (rather than the Asian slaw, of course)! And sure enough, I have since made the stir fry twice that way and boy, is that ever good! You should try it and maybe that will make a new recipe for you to show everyone! Thanks, Gina.... Gina, just a suggestion, when shredding soft cheese place it in the freezer for several minutes. It's going to make it a lot easier.
