Instead of cleaning your Lady Dior yourself you should consider taking it to a Dior boutique and let them clean it for you. They offer complimentary cleanings on Dior bags and will inspect it for you and let you know if there are any issues you should take care of now before the bag gets damaged. They really take great care of their customers. I've seen many of the Japanese sellers on eBay and one thing I notice is that many describe item as "sticky feeling. I'm not sure what it is they are referencing. By any chance do you? Enjoy your Lady. You will get so much joy knowing not too many people carry her. It's what I love the most about this bag.

Perception is everything, I remember saving up for my first LV and some coworkers automatically thought it was fake because I was a young black girl. At that point I really stopped caring what people's opinions were, people will always have their opinions based on how you look. After this I shopped in *preluxz* . If you drive a Bentley and get out of the car with a fake Hermès, no one will question you.
June don't stretch separate the opening. You slight raise one side up and push down on the other opening to properly put things in the bag. A Dior SA showed me how to make sure to no do too much wear and stretch the opening

Congrats on your great find! Youve mentioned before your love for ebay, and japanese sellers particularly. I am in US and I love ebay as well but have been hesitant to buy from non-US based sellers, due to my ignorance on any tax and fee implications. Would you do a video educating us on rules and regulations on high priced items purchased on ebay? Thanx and you are the best!
Would you ever consider going into "sourcing" handbags for other people? I really want a medium lady Dior in red patent and silver hardware, but I'm afraid of buying on eBay bc I don't know how to authenticate, and I just haven't seen one in good enough condition at a good price. You could probably make a great commission!
Mara NV just honestly check ebay seller reviews and if they have sold over 1000 items and have 99% positive feedback it's probably real, also authenticate on the purseforum and use authenticate4u or authenticatefirst if you want professionals (they are only like 10$)

As a fellow handbag lover I appreciate handbag videos! The bag looks like it is in amazing quality for its age. Whenever I try to shop the preloved market I usually find so many disgusting, stained, and overpriced. I've accidentally purchased a fake years ago and now am too scared to buy from eBay.

I think making sure you have your items authenticated and having a back up plan incase it's fake is always the most important. Whether its purchasingthrough ebay or using paypal... just in case something wrong happens!

As I watched the bag in the video I think you got a replica Lady Dior. Dont trust ebay sellers. Btw You should take the bag for authentication or use it you will see the gold on the hardwear start to fade out over few times
Sorry to say i also think you got a replica. I got the same bag bought in the Dior boutique. I saw your bag is wider from the stiching. You can bring the bag to Dior boutique for bag spa, if they accept it then it’s real.

I also bought a vintage Lady Dior bag from 2010 for $1720AUD. For a vintage Lady Dior bag in mint condition it makes financial sense to buy preloved bags.

I have this in a larger one, in a patent leather with silver hardware which I bought 7 yrs ago on a vacation in HK for $2,000+ I think. I also started collecting nice pieces after my husband & I finished med school. (Btw, we didn't have school loans so there wasn't any problem wth that). I think we deserve a treat for all the hard work we do😜❤,

Great review on this beautiful bag! I have my eye on a second hand Lady Dior. According to the date code it's from 2000, and it has silver hardware instead of gold. Do you know if they used silver hardware in that year? All the vintage ones I've seen has gold hardware so I'm a bit skeptical 🤔 Thanks!

Lux- topia hi babe no unfortunately no dust bag box or authenticity card! Which I supposed I expected for the price. There was another for $500 more which came with box and dust bag but I was more interested in the savings tbh! Hope that helps 😊

hi, how will you know its a real dior? i've heard japanese resellers are very good on super fake stuff. That is one of the reason i don't like to trust ebay and always use trusted consignment stores.
ahaha yeh girlll!!! hehe. So usually if you're on ebay frequent enough you'll catch them doing a 10% off promo. You'll only know it because its on their landing page. Otherwise googling them works too. Unfortunately its really sporadic and you never know when they do these sales, but when they do it's such a great opportunity for purchasing lux items because you save so much!! xoxo
