hey kyle i have an idea for a plane that could become famous, muichiro/tanjiro's paper plane from the popular ongoing anime series, demon slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. The anime has been getting a ton of hype recently as it flies exceptionally well. It also has some great animation which could help identify what folding sequences they used to create it. Tanjiro's plane even had a spike like raijin!

@FoldableFlight This plane flies so well! All my friends are jealous. Also, for the bosklapper lock plane, I used 8 1/2 by 11 paper but it doesn't fly well even with good folding and up elevator. How do I really throw it and how do I get it to fly well, for maybe at least 7 seconds?

Yo I made this plane twice, improving from the first one with great folding accuracy- but it still doesn’t flap D: It glides or wiggles, but doesn’t flap. Do you have any suggestions?

Try folding the center crease back and forth a few times to weaken it. You can also bend the back edges of the wings up slightly to increase its tendency to flap.

usually its because the plane isn't balanced on both sides. if your plane is symmetrical on both sides it shouldn't turn i think

Try bending the back edges of the wings up slightly and fold the center crease back and forth a few times. Both of those things should help!
