If you like a bit of Victorian era charm, then I suggest Balmoral Beach. My favourite thing to do there isn't necessarily to go swimming but to eat at "Bathers Pavilion" once in a while or to have a picnic with Friends at the foreshore. Check the prices at Bathers Pavilion before you go because it is a little more expensive even for Sydney's standards.
This is another very high quality video thanks guys. I know that Sydney is visually pretty amazing but your superb photography takes it to the next level.
What is not often publicized in Sydney tourism videos is The Royal National Park in southern Sydney. Do the Costal walk. It's one of the best hikes in Sydney.
And what Mrherbalful forgot to mention is that the southern area around the Royal National Park have THE BEST Sydney beaches: Cronulla - 5 beaches; Jibbon - 3 beaches; The Royal National Park - 5 beaches. @@RenataPereiraTV
My favourite beach is Collaroy…its a smaller beach, but quite a sheltered beach…the beach that you pointed out, Tamarama beach, is pretty but is actually one of the most dangerous cos it sometimes has some powerful waves and constantly has rips forming. I love the coastal walk from bondi to Bronte, but i the spit to manly walk is just as nice. I feel incredibly lucky to live in a city blessed with such beautiful places.
Wow, this is a wonderful video Renata! I live in Sydney, and watching this makes me realise how beautiful my city is. I still love Brisbane, where my family lives (and Melbourne too!), but there is something very special about Sydney. So glad you enjoyed your time here : ) I should add, South Australia has some of the best beaches in Australia. Check out Kangaroo Island, Yorke Peninsula and Eyre Peninsula in South Australia. Incredible!
Renata:Congratulations to you guys for heading back again to Sydney,Australia @ the beaches, restaurants, hotels, shopping malls, etc. in January of 2024❤❤❤
Nothing like sitting on the steps of the Cafe at South Cronulla, enjoying world class coffee watching the sets roll in. We are truly blessed living in Sydney Australia.
Renata:Congratulations to you guys to heads back again to Australia after you guys visited several Australian cities last year or 2023 to shoots amazing videos for the past 6 or 7 months in 2023❤❤❤Welcome back to Sydney,Australia this year or 2024 @ these amazing beaches, restaurants, hotels, etc. in 2024❤❤❤
Balmoral on the Lower North Shore just a few kilometers from Syndney's CBD you can catch a ferry too, it's protected (no waves) and has the option of sitting on the grass or sand much better than the overated Bondi. Also, there's a great walk from the Spit Bridge on the Lower North Shore to Manly around 14KMS.
Renata:When are you guys planning to visit Helsinki, Finland in 2024? I am hoping you guys takes that remarkable trip soon after you guys finish visiting Australia in 2024❤❤❤
Renata:Are you guys planning to releases a new remarkable video this weekend from Sydney,Australia in February of 2024? I am looking forwards for your next video after 4 weeks ago not releasing a new videos in 2024❤❤❤
Watching this as we come out of a week of Arctic sub zero temperatures. Now the eighth named Atlantic storm of the season moving in, Storm Ither (pronounced eifa), at least now warmer.
The beaches? Take a full day to appreciate. We film so we don't wander as much...and the trails are far longer and ahem, Gordon did not get to swim as much 😆
I hope you come to China. If you meet me, I will take you to eat delicious food. China has convenient transportation. You can experience the high-speed rail, which can reach 330 kilometers per hour.😂
Renata that was gorgeous .. I moved to Manly as a 26 year old country girl.. there were 3 of us .. got a unit just off the Corso .. best years of my life .. Manly is a way of life , not a destination .. ask any Sydneysider.. way better than Bondi 👌😁.. had my 3 babies in Manly hospital .. million dollar harbour views.. I❤️ Manly..thank you for sharing 🙏🥰❤️

You skipped the best part of Manly Beach - taking the walkway to nearby Shelly Beach, at Cabbage Tree Bay. It's like diving into a lush aquarium there for the fish and plants, which is why they get so many snorkelers and divers. It's my favourite part of Sydney!
Australia's coastline is over 30 thousand k's (20 thousand miles) long... saying Manly beach is one of Australia's main surf beaches is like saying D is one of the main letters in the alphabet.. Its a busy beach, but its a pretty crappy beach compared to so many others and for so many reasons.
Sorry but you missed the best beaches… you need to go further North than Manly. There are 10 better quieter less crowded beaches further north than Manly. So you will just have to go back…..
@@RenataPereiraTV Whale, Mona Vale, Avalon… just to name a few…. More locals no or very little tourists. But they will give you the sense of real Sydney Northern Beaches. Better than Manly.
@@RenataPereiraTVAlso south from Maroubra to Cronulla or even cleaner longer less crowded beaches down in Wollongong which has sandy beaches stretching for over 50km from Stanwell Park down to Bombo (Kiama).
Yeah life's a beach being an Aussie. I'm in Penrith bottom of the Blue Mountains west of Sydney and we have just got a beach here in the lakes here. We have called it Pondi Beach. 😂
Renata:I am hoping you guys are also planning to visit the African continent later in 2024❤❤❤I wish you guys safe journeys & good luck on your amazing trips across the globe in 2024❤❤❤
Nice to see another video from you two. I live in Melbourne but I think that Manly is the best inner Sydney beach. If I have a meeting in Sydney and have some spare time, I take the ferry to Manly and walk around to Shelly Beach and have lunch at the Boathouse. My sister lives on Elizabeth Bay. Unfortunately, there was a nasty shark attack on a 29 year old woman there this week. That's why they have those netted swimming areas.
Thanks for sharing and watching. Next time we are in Sydney we will check it out, Shelly Beach and lunch. Unfortunate about the sharks, swimmers beware.
Wow! I love this vlog! We're going there this May so I'll definitely do a whole day trip to the beaches just like this one :) May I ask though, how much is the ferry ride going to Manly, as well as Watsons Bay?
Born & raised in Perth WA close the Hillarys beach. Have visited Sydney & the whole east coast from Melbourne to Port Douglas many times as tourists exploring the whole east coast Great as a tourist, but as to the daily life of living and working and realestate costs i will take Perth anytime. The WA coastline some 13,000kms long is up there with the best in the world and we don't have the massive crowds & major traffic issues you get on the east coast and no such thing as road tolls. Glad to see you two back and having fun
I was in Perth and I can imagine...feels quite chill! Gordon has it that we will return, in the not too distant future, as he has shown me quite a few spots in WA to visit. Lets hope it happens soon. Thanks for watching.
When visiting Australia, Sydney is the place to stay. She encompasses everything a visitor needs. Gold Coast is awesome too. Commie Melbourne is overrated & a total waste of time.
You're right about Sydney but I'd prefer Melbourne to the GC, it gives another perspective to Australia, Victoria is a truly beautiful state and Melbourne is so interesting. Gold coast is a bit too much like Florida for me, I only like the beaches from Burleigh south to Coolangatta but each to their own.
I've lived in both Sydney and Melbourne. Melbourne has its problems but Sydney is pretty commie aswell. And the shopping centres close early on Fridays, which is shit.
Palm Beach, Bilgola, North Narrabeen to Collaroy (one beach with different names for each section it's that long), Curl Curl (esp for surfing), Boat Harbour - Wanda - Cronulla (again one beach with different names for each section).@@RenataPereiraTV
Of course that geographically Bondi is closer, but try going there as a tourist via public transport. Manly is much easier to get to. That’s what I meant.
@@RenataPereiraTVEnjoy your weekend Renata. By the way, Happy New Year 2024 and beyond to you and Gordon. All the best to another year of adventure. 😀
Renata:I am hoping you guys are planning to travels to the African continent this year or 2024 later to shoots some remarkable videos on these African countries in 2024❤❤❤

I really enjoyed this video, I love your perspective. I grew up in Sydeny, surfed all my life and I lived on Sandridge Street for about 10 years. Tama and Mackenzies are great surf spots, highly underated (let's keep it that way) and crazy close to the CBD. But I have to correct something in this video, Tamarama is one of the most dangerous beaches in Australia. Step back a little and look at the coastline, Marks park headland and Bronte point push into Tama with a southerly swell and Tama becomes the gutter. Straight out to sea. *Edit ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nRrs2EJ-37Q.html (at this spot in the video you can see how steep the beach front is at low tide)
Any Australians in the community that can answer this best? My response is that maybe in the region surrounding Sydney or up the coast...but I don't think so.
Renata:Are you guys planning to visits Hong Kong & Macau, China after you guys finished visiting Sydney,Australia in January of 2024? I hope you guys try to visits these Asian cities in China 2024❤❤❤
As a new Sydney resident from the UK I would say that Bondi is overrated. The beach is good, but apart from any surfing merit it’s become a tourist trap far beyond its worth and gets regularly trashed as a result. The offering behind has become similarly trashy. The cliff top walk to Coogee is wonderful however, immediately revealing nicer beaches. Manly has a more varied sea front , a more attractive and longer beach and is reached by one of the most scenic ferry rides in the world rather than a bus. A short walk to Shelly beach offers fantastic snorkelling in a palm backed cove with a beachfront bar and restaurant on hand. Kind of no contest really. That said, the best beaches in and around d Sydney are neither of those. There are so many options that there really is rarely any need to be crowded with tourists. Balmoral is far better for small kids for example.
Thanks for sharing. Very interesting. In my Brazil, beach vendors are regulated, selling drinks, snacks and clothing. I liked the fact that there was more room on the beaches and less sales. I hope to discover more Australian beaches in the future.
Hi dear Madam I like work with you I am 34 old unmarried boy I am searching for suitable jobs I am impressed your traveling videos and natural beauty i am supporting for my best in home, business development activities for future please help me with I am joining your team and family
Bondi is very close to the city; closer than manly on land. A 15-20 min bus ride to the city or a 5-10 min bus ride to Bondi Junction and 5-10 min train ride from Bondi junction to Sydney CBD.
Tamarama Beach is actually the most dangerous one, people refer to it as Glamarama Beach because it attracts lots of beautiful young posers/influencers.
